ABSOLUTE SCAM !

ABSOLUTE SCAM !! Only gave one star because there was no option for zero stars !! Absolute con, thought I was buying Steven brown Artwork, but once I paid I got an email to say i had subscribed to shoptoyjoy ! They even used the correct Steven brown page. I emailed immediately to say I want my goods. They said because I authorised payment in bank I would have to go through bank. I raised a complaint ticket with them and keep getting the message someone will get back to me. The ticket has now expired. And I still have to wait 14 days according to the bank to give them time to rectify. DO NOT BUY

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service. 4 mails written out for an immediate cancellation and each time I get a subscription change instead of a subscription cancellation. Disrespectful, how dealing with customers. Never again with Shoptoyjoy!

Duplicitous lying thieving scumbags

Having asked for a refund I was told I would get a partial refund now but would only get a full refund if I changed my previous review on trust pilot to a favourable one, well they can do one they are lying thieving scumbags who sign you up to their dodgy website without your knowledge by false advertising on Facebook i would strongly recommend that everyone should have absolutely nothing to do with these thieves and if it had been possible I would have given them a rating of minus 5 stars

This is a case of fraud

This is a case of fraud. I originally bought something on a completely different site, but suddenly took out a subscription with this store. They now want to debit almost €43 every 14 days. Hands off!
