This online store is a scam

This online store is a scam. They stole my bank details and took three payments in three days, totaling €66. Despite my requests for a refund, they refuse to do anything. It's a huge scam, stay away!

Thank you for choosing our online store! You have registered for our membership and purchased a welcome gift card. This card can be utilized for savings of up to 80% across various brands and products. Additionally, you have the choice to make your first top-up, which will be converted into credits added to your account. These credits can then be utilized for future purchases.
You were only charged 9.99 USD by our platform
For what?
Once you have signed up for a membership you can now enjoy savings of up to 80% on your purchases and it will then initiate an access period. Following the access period, the next step involves initiating your initial top-up, which is then converted into credits. These credits are subsequently added to your account balance, allowing you to utilize them for placing orders as needed. I would like to emphasize that if you don't cancel this membership within the access period, the subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel it.
The charge amount was not made clear at all. There was just an offer for a gift card. This is false advertising and absolutely wrong! I didn't enter my credit card details but the amount was credited.
Those advertisements don't resonate with our values, and our website doesn't promote such offerings.
This is theft. I would like to lay a serious complaint. Who can I refer this complaint to.

Upon checking with my supervisor, I have come to understand that these are false links using our website as a smokescreen, I can assure you that we will take precautionary measures toward this issue
We took prompt action to resolve the issue. The pending transaction has been canceled, and the refund process was initiated before its completion. Hence, the transaction hasn't been charged to your account. For credit/debit card payments, the reversed amount will reflect in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank's processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience and prioritize your satisfaction.

Incredible scam

Incredible scam. Seems like they are getting access to email addresses and credit card details. Then running subscription charges. Then getting bot accounts to review them as if they sort it out. Proper impressive.
