Just go instore. Took 11 days to get parcel in the post. Lucky I paid express shipping so it took 1 day after fulfillment.
Sizing: they didn't fit.
Products are beautiful but bracelet is tight and ring doesn't fit.

They sent me an expensive Guess…
They sent me an expensive Guess necklace and its matching earrings in a padded bag, without their jewellery boxes! They came in zip lock packets.I have always bought Guess from department stores, the Iconic or directly from Guess online and they have come in their respective cases. I have received no reply from customer service after querying this. My
guess is that they want to save postage by not including the case so that they fit in padded bags. No wonder it's 'Free Postage'. I find it's such poor form and taste to post designer name jewellery in plastic zip locks.

Not happy with how it just comes in a zip lock bag. It should be in a box .. and I've asked them for the boxes to be sent to me as they are gifts but then they stopped replying ? It looks cheap and dodgy the way they sent it
Product itself it nice. Just presentation and customer service isn't.
