Avoid purchasing from Shiels - invalid order cancellation
Avoid purchasing from Shiels (and affiliated companies Grahams, Watch Depot) as they cancelled a watch order, bought and paid for in good faith. There was no attempt to remedy the issue or offer an alternative deal. I will not purchase from this company again. They made it very clear that I am most certainly not a "VIP customer" (marketing name only).

I first saw these bangles when I was shopping at Mandurah Forum the week before Christmas. The lady who served me worked through her lunch break as they were so busy!! I wish I knew her name.
I loved the bangles so much, I ordered more on line. This was very easy to do and my goods were delivered very quickly!

Shiels Buyers Beware
The purchased ring was not as described. The online photographs were enhanced and deceptive. The quality was poor. First email requesting return an refund received irrelevant reply declining and not addressing the reason for the return. Follow up email to Shiels pointing out their failures under ACC regulations has not been replied to. I placed trust in an Australian buisness and they have failed leaving me $600 out of pocket for an inferior item. I do not recommend Shiels - buyer beware!
