Never buying from that place again. I orded diamond earrings for my wife which originally cost 1700 but I got it for a cheaper price. You would think a product like this would come with a hard copy of invoice and certificate of authenticity but rather their customer service said Its doesn't and if I want I can take a look at the specifications of the product on their website (product page). Very unprofessional and trust-building attitude from a jeweller who claims to be well established. Other thing is there shipping and handling of product from the day I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive. Absolutely trashy service for the amount of money spent. Never going to look up this store again. I might as well as buy from Michael hill. Atleast they give you proper documentation for future reference in case product is discontinued.

I always buy my jewellery from shiels whether it’s online or in store for many years now. In store the staff are always helpful and friendly. Buying online the order always arrives earlier than expected. Quality of the jewellery is as any other jeweller and within my price range. I will not shop anywhere else. 100% shiels customer.

My first and last time shopping with Shiels; what a disappointing experience. I ordered a necklace and bracelet but only received the necklace. Shiels “investigated” the missing item but claim that the item was in the package and that’s that. Customer services stated “Due to this, our investigation is now closed”. No apology, no resolution. Just case closed and I must be a liar. What a terrible company, never again.

Avoid purchasing from Shiels (and affiliated companies Grahams, Watch Depot) as they cancelled a watch order, bought and paid for in good faith. There was no attempt to remedy the issue or offer an alternative deal. I will not purchase from this company again. They made it very clear that I am most certainly not a "VIP customer" (marketing name only).
