Cut to size was absolutely perfect great service highly recommend

Ordered decking and fencing online. Really easy process. A free phone calls to check dimensions etc dealt with very professionally. Delivery was quick and communication was precise.

Online purchase
Turned up ad hoc to collect and wasn’t a problem, materials out and on the van in ten minutes and it was busy. Great service and the guys who dealt with me were great.

Order delivered without the ironmongery or post tops. Shame really. Delivery failure ruined a good experience with Shawfield Timber. Prices are good. Stevie was great with the sale. Very helpful.

UPDATE
Phoned 4/6 and spoke with customer service. Driver forgot to pick up bags with ironmongery and post tops. Genuine mistake. This does happen. Rating was 3 stars now 5. Being delivered today 4/6. Genuine mistake. Rectified and made good. Thank you.

I received an email a week ago to say that my order had been dispatched - to which I replied asking when it might arrive - but heard nothing more. Called them yesterday to follow up - hadn’t been dispatched at all… But was assured it would be sent.. but still no way of telling if or when it might arrive (what if I’m not in and it’s raining..?). Then today I get asked for my feedback - well if my delivery ever arrives, then I might be better placed to comment…

Nice to find exactly right size door after searching all over.
Delivery was delayed a wee bit bit only took 4 days

Really poor follow up service
Order didn’t come in time advised at purchase point
Called twice and left messages NO response
Eventually emailed and got response advising of delivery but they wouldn’t provide accurate delivery time
Product may be fine .. but such a carry on with delivery unacceptable

Quick and easy process. I ordered online first thing in the morning. Had a confirmation email shortly after ordering, and shortly after that an email saying that my entire order was ready to collect.

Consistently great for products and service, and very good on price too.

I order decking and was told it would be delivered on 12th of may after number of phone call I was told my delivery date had been changed to the 14th with no contact to tell me eventually they answered the phone was told their van broke down and was in garage after a few choice words i was told i would get it on the 14th at mid day delivery came and was missing spindles told they were out of stock wasn't told when phone when I phone first time then to be told again didn't they tell you when you phoned and that was the owner and the person who makes up delivery I will never recommend this company to anyone they took the money and failed to deliver was going to order more but will never order from them again terrible service .

Order was placed quickly and I was notified when the order was ready for uplift and on site operative called Sean was very helpful when loading of the
materials.

Great priced, good quality doors. However, not all the sizes I needed were available and a couple of the doors were damaged during transit. The packaging vould jave been better.

Great service fast delivery good communication

Fantastic yard. I’m very much a rookie but went in person and felt welcome. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and the wood I purchased was a fraction of the price compared to the likes of B&Q, Wickes, etc. Highly recommend.
