Review of Nala's Baby
I am looking at the ingredients on the moisturising lotion, and it lists C15-19 Alkane as an ingredient. That is a hydrocarbon, a petroleum distillate (I work in the oil industry)! Why is it one of the main ingredients? I read it is an emollient, but what is it doing in a baby lotion???

Thank you for leaving your review. Just to reassure you — the C15-19 Alkane in our lotion is EMOGREEN™ L15, which is a high purity, non-polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced (non-GMO) emollient. It’s a pure vegetable alkane and a safe, gentle alternative to volatile silicone oils or mineral oil.

Vent-axia fan arrived quickly and well packaged and is a genuine item, looks good and fan is quiet as expected - I have installed many of these before - however the timer function does not work. Superlec kindly phoned to apologise and made an offer to replace the item - superb service!

Send a bill, cancel a bill, inflate a bill, go to the ombudsman, get a £100 goodwill payment for all the stress and poor service, get another bill, ignore the goodwill payemnt, use opaque additions to the bill, inflate the bill, ignore communications, cancel bill, inflate bill, ignore us, phone my hard of hearing mother instead of me as agreed, ignore communications, take an inflated payment, ignore £100 goodwill, and close the account.
That is the SP way in our experience.
To be avoided at all costs.
