I ordered from Gold Bull and I never received my order When I called, which I admit I called after the 48 hours they give you to report something not being delivered, and I find that to be a very short period of time compared to other businesses. Because of that they were unable to process a claim for me and I tried to process the claim through FedEx and without a waiver from gold bull, I was unable to do that. They have been very unwilling to make good of the fact that I have no product and no money and I’m very upset over this. I would never ever ever ever do business with this company again and I warn others to be very aware of their deceptive methods of doing business
They do not operate within integrity as far as I’m concerned, and I will never do business with them again

Avoid dealing with Silver Gold Bull
My experience has been nothing short of awful and disappointing. I have placed three orders with them since December of 2025 and each time the delivery time has grown progressively worse. This last order was Feb 2/26 for items on stock and cleared in two days. I can’t get anyone to answer a call or return a voicemail. Their email replies is “we apologize for the delay and will prioritize your shipping in the next day or two” and that passes and no order. There are many red flags on these recent transactions. I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have received the same complaints recently.
Piles of attitude
Absolutely rude and incompetent shipping department.. screwed up my order,got sparky when I called,called me names. I swore when I was explaining the situation (not at the person on the phone) then was interrupted and told I would not be helped if I swore again which was only once and just while I was speaking and when I disagreed I was hung up on and had my account canceled.. Absolutely childish and on a power trip.. take your money else where if you can and dont count on them to fix anything if they guess up your order.. never been treated so horribly by people I spend thousands with.

They don’t have silver in stock as they have it listed and haven’t been able to fullfill orders for months

Made 2 orders with them for 1100$ each. The first one I got. The 2nd one never showed up, FedEx kept saying they were searching for it, and Silver Gold Bull answered 1 of my 3 emails, but did not at all respond to anything I said when they responded, just gave me a generic response. I will not be buying off this website again and just know if you do - it's a gamble. Now I will have to open a dispute on my credit card.

Tarnished silver plate
This time I received one of the 10oz plate pretty tarnished (part of the silver was black) and it’s plastic protection was open. I’ve tried to clean it but does not look 100%.

Delivered what was ordered - 1 month later
We placed a $50K order + pre-paid via wire on Jan 25. The payment cleared and we received a message that our purchase was safe and allocated for us but that they were extremely busy and couldn't give us a shipping date and tracking number. Over the next few weeks we tried to get an update on our order, but would only receive emails that they were experiencing very heavy order volume and assurance that our order was being processed. It was very stressful to say the least. Finally, a trading specialist contacted us and said that the delay was due to wait times from the Royal Canadian Mint and that our order was scheduled to arrive at SGB in 2 days. This was very concerning as we were told that our order was already there and waiting for processing. I don't think they had the items in stock at the beginning even when we were led to believe otherwise. On February the 26th we received notification that our order had arrived and was ready for pickup at our local shipping outlet. It had been just over 1 month. In the end we received our order and I do believe that SGB was far behind processing all the orders , but there was some deception regarding available inventory.

They sent me the wrong silver bar but not exchange
They sent me the wrong SilverTowne silver bar. They falsely advertised one design (Prospector) but sent me another (standard logo). They refused to exchange the incorrect bar for the correct one. They don't really care about their customers - just getting their bucks.
