We placed a $50K order + pre-paid via wire on Jan 25. The payment cleared and we received a message that our purchase was safe and allocated for us but that they were extremely busy and couldn't give us a shipping date and tracking number. Over the next few weeks we tried to get an update on our order, but would only receive emails that they were experiencing very heavy order volume and assurance that our order was being processed. It was very stressful to say the least. Finally, a trading specialist contacted us and said that the delay was due to wait times from the Royal Canadian Mint and that our order was scheduled to arrive at SGB in 2 days. This was very concerning as we were told that our order was already there and waiting for processing. I don't think they had the items in stock at the beginning even when we were led to believe otherwise. On February the 26th we received notification that our order had arrived and was ready for pickup at our local shipping outlet. It had been just over 1 month. In the end we received our order and I do believe that SGB was far behind processing all the orders , but there was some deception regarding available inventory.

Site says 5 days for items in stock …4 weeks later still no pacage …. Con artist buy local and dont over pay

They sent me the wrong SilverTowne silver bar. They falsely advertised one design (Prospector) but sent me another (standard logo). They refused to exchange the incorrect bar for the correct one. They don't really care about their customers - just getting their bucks.

Received product of a high quality. You should work on improving delivery time.

Very happy with the silver coins I received

I would highly recommend getting ing your precious metals from Silver Gold Bull, because their prices are connected to the market in real time. You can see how much their premiums are to spot price immediately. They offer free shipping to orders over $999 and this should be taken advantage of when investing in precious metals. Packages are packed right and with care. I received my order within 10 business days for my low premium 5oz silver coins. I've ordered more since then and will continue in the future!

Ordered silver coins for over 1000$ on February 1. Money was taken out of the account on February 2. Did not hear back from them and decided to call them on February 11 and left a message. Also wrote them an email. No answer. Called them again on February 12 (24 hours later) and after waiting for another 15 min on hold I gave up. We will go to the bank tomorrow and see if we can get the money back. Needless to say we would never order from them again and just hope we can get our money back now.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, they will not answer e-mails or return calls. (Radio silence). Yes, the market for precious metals is heating up but zero communication is not acceptable. I Will buy locally from now on!

Customer for life

I have sent nearly $10,000 of silver coins to them for buyback, which were bought from them, shipped to them on Jan 26th, received on 28th by them, and received and email from them that they were verified on the 29th and that payment would be issued within the next business day. Then was told within 2-3 days, then was told 3 - 5 days. It is Feb 8 and I have not received payment and keep getting excuses. DO NOT SELL TO THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY IN A TIMELY MANNER (IF IT EVER GETS SENT). When buying from them, you send payment before receiving the shipment, but they buy back, receive your metals, and don't send your money.

Every transaction is easy. Silver Gold Bull explained that my order would take a little while to be delivered because of the spike in interest of precious metals. So because they communicated that to me, I wasn't panicking to receive my order.
