I ordered February 3rd, and understand that shipping now takes a while and understand why. So it was all good.

Took much longer than indicated and premiums were to high. Premium gouging as other locations have less premiums and are willing to deal. Sorry

My coins were as described online. They arrived flawless in plastic pouches.
There was a longer delay but I was made aware of this at time of order.
Would definitely use again!

The order came as ordered. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is that it came on the 24th of Feb. Too long of a turnaround time for delivery of something that was ordered from the in stock menu.

Need someone at home during business hours although we’re busy at work. Possibly being able to choose a timeframe when the delivery can be made selectable by the customer?

Great after-purchase client care. All my questions were answered. Fast delivery, safely packaged. All pieces individually wrapped in protective casing. Great business dealings - I ordered a second shipment in February, with Silver Gold Bull, and everything was once again, honest and effortless. I’ll be using them for future orders. I found their rates to be competitive, too.

I ordered from Gold Bull and I never received my order When I called, which I admit I called after the 48 hours they give you to report something not being delivered, and I find that to be a very short period of time compared to other businesses. Because of that they were unable to process a claim for me and I tried to process the claim through FedEx and without a waiver from gold bull, I was unable to do that. They have been very unwilling to make good of the fact that I have no product and no money and I’m very upset over this. I would never ever ever ever do business with this company again and I warn others to be very aware of their deceptive methods of doing business
They do not operate within integrity as far as I’m concerned, and I will never do business with them again
