I was returning a recorded line voicemail to SelectQuote so this was not a scheduled call, but somehow I got on the line with a sales person who helped me to change my health insurance policy because they had been notified that my plan is changing and so it being that it was not a scheduled call I did not have time because I had class scheduled and the salesman. Kevin continuously kept telling me that it would only take a few more minutes, which is not true that is not true. In any part of the process even the enrollment process I mean the finalization process once you get there and so instead of when I told him that I had a scheduled class instead of lying to me, which resulted in me late for class, he could’ve just scheduled for us to call back at a better time which we ended up doing anyway, I did not like and then the fact that he was lying about something with ease and continuiusttttttmade me uncomfortable if it was he was a scammer trying to change my insurance policy. I just didn’t like how he kept lying about the amount of time the call was going to take every time that I told him in the nicest subways Kevin I have a class starting. I have to go I know, ma’am I know this will just take another minute. OK thanks

Too long a process and didn't really delve into options

I didnt know that uhc had a new update that lady that signed me up on humamna. She didnt tell me she signed me up im glad uhc called and talk ed to me or I would have lost a lot of my doctor's. And then I would b e starting up with doctor s that dont know my health problem s.
