One draw back was when we had a question after signing . Called back and was told we would get a call back in 24 to72 hours. Was never called back .

He was able to present the information reliably when questions were asked without hesitation.
I find it more comfortable to deal with a person that I haven't known, to have a good sense of humor which he offered. I feel more knowledgeable after speaking with him, and will definitely use his service in the future.
