The CSR Tristan Pinkerton took the time to walk me through every step necessary to get me the coverage that I needed. The call took over a hour and a half. No Problem. It was necessary. Tristan kept coming back to the call to assure me that he was working on my behalf to make sure everything that was I needed in a health are plan was provided as much as possible.

"Keeping Your Healthcare in Check"
The agent listened to me as I described the issues I had with previous healthcare plans. He went over a plan with me that seemed to meet all my needs in terms of copays, my docs being in network, and lastly went over my prescription plan, preferred pharmacy, etc. I also checked to see if I could still use the laboratory I am currently using, and learned that I could. All in all, my agent spent nearly 2 hours with me on the phone. He and I exchanged follow-up calls to go over any questions I might have, and to make sure I was satisfied with the plan, and if I thought it would work for me.
