Sharon on the chat is a superstar!

Amazing help from Sharon on the chat.
I originally only started chatting to enquire about a cruise and by the end she had made 2 bookings for us and had managed to get cabins right next to each other with was amazing!
She couldn't have been more helpful!

Online booking but amazing support staff

Booking with Seascanner online was very easy and straightforward. The price of the cruise was 10% less as advertised in their sale (also checked against other websites).
I wanted to upgrade my cabin so called seascanner support and a lovely lady Liz helped to sort this. She was warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She even managed to honour the sale discount on the upgraded cabin. I would not hesitate seascanner.

Help with booking my cruise

I did an online chat with Angelina to help me book my cruise. She was extremely helpful and explained to me clearly everything I needed to know and gave me a very competitive price.
I am happy to say my cruise is now booked for next year thanks to Angelina.

Great customer service combined with good pricing

Well, we found a really well priced cruise with NCL on their site, such a good price we were able to afford to go for a balcony cabin, usually inside or ocean view as balconies can be ridiculous prices.
Anyway, couldn't use the "Cruise Next" credits we have with NCL at the booking stage, so after an online chat with Sharron, we were told to book and then contact customer services, this we did, and the very next day we got a reply to our email telling us they had added the credits to the booking and a nice refund was on it's way.
So we would especially like to thank Aimee who sorted this for us.
All in all very good experience.

Naomi has been superb

Naomi has been superb! She kept us informed about what was going on and sorted out my error on inputting my wife’s details without any fuss or charge . Highly recommend and will definitely use Seascanner again .

Naomi has been fantastic and helped me from start to finish with my query. After changing floors on my cabin months back, MSC changed it again to another floor just days before I disembark. The codes are invalid on some holidays ….

Transpires we couldn’t use any of the money off codes as this was a special holiday - it’s really not the money off, it’s false advertising but it was amazingly cheap

I’ve been booking with sea scanner for…

I’ve been booking with sea scanner for a few years now, but the last twice of getting Intouch with them it’s taking 4 to 5 days that’s if they can be bothered to actually get back to you. I book with seascanner to save money but after the last 2 no reply’s I will no longer book with them to save a few pound. It’s true you get what you pay for. I won’t be booking with Sea scanner any more.

Brilliant Customer Support Team

I have used Seascanner a few times with booking cruises, I always find their rates competitive and offer great deals with low deposits. Unfortunately my most recent booked cruise we had to cancel due to falling pregnant and my due date being too close to departure. Liz in the Seascanner Support Team was fantastic and really helped us with cancelling the cruise. She was very helpful and kept us updated along the way. Once baby has arrived we will get back in contact to book a family cruise.

Prices very good and great service.
