I had booked 2 cruises with Seascanner…

I had booked 2 cruises with Seascanner on the Iona and it was fairly easy to understand, As it was a saver rate the cabin was guaranteed but I wasn't able to pick it, it would be allocated later. After doing some research we decided that we wanted to stay on either 12, 13, 14 or 15 deck and got in touch with Seascanner.

Jeanette Conley was wonderful, she guided us through the options on each cruise. She truly was kind, considerate and patient while we checked each cabin choice meticulously. We are all sorted now and much happier we got to choose.

Advice on Charter Flight Reservation

I contacted the company regarding the flight reservation process associated with a first cruise. I was put through to a very courteous assistant (Jeanette) who kindly explained the reservation process to me. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kindly dealt with my enquiry including a follow up email outlining what we had discussed and any further assistance required just to get in touch. Nothing was too much trouble.

Upgrade request

Having already booked with you I wanted to upgrade my cabin. I received a phone call today from Rhea who was above helpful for my request. She was able to secure a premium suite and I can’t thank her enough. She was patient and help me while I was scrabbling about to find the right credit card in order to secure the booking. Excellent service

Recently booked a cruise through Seascanner! Website is very user friendly and was easy to look at different options and prices. Booking was easy and no issues. Confirmations received quickly. Needed to ring customer services as we had booked last minute and had not received luggage labels. Spoke with Amy initially and then Mitch who were both absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful and explained everything. Mitch even gave us some tips for places to see and eat in Barcelona and kept in contact with us until we had everything we needed prior to going on the cruise. Excellent service and will certainly use again in the future.

Having booked a cruise on the ship for Oct 2026 thankfully I had price match guarantee as it went cheaper with sea scanner - wonderful customer service lady called Liz who has been helping be get my price match for the past few months after back and forth emails from herself to MSC

So far I've received good service

So far I've received good service. There was an issue when booking where my reward card couldn't be added and the chat rep helped me by pass the issue and details were added post booking. They also helped with adding our special needs details. We haven't travelled yet so i'll update once we return

Unbelievable last-minute deal! £276 pp for a 7-night Mediterranean cruise in June! Tickets took a while to arrive, but I called and I got them the same day. Highly recommend.

Good experience.

Seconded time I've booked with Seascanner, both times I've had a good experience. Best price I could find & the booking experience was very easy. After one booking I needed to contact customer services who were very helpful and resolved my query straight away. So far so good will definitely keep them in mind for my next cruise.
