A reassuring and helpful Liz

Having had trouble accessing our flight e tickets for our upcoming fly / cruise, I phoned Seascanner for assistance. Liz in the Seascanner Support Team could have not been friendlier, kinder and more helpful.

She understood my worries, listened and sorted out the issue which helped to put my mind at ease. (I'm a terrible worrier!) Liz sent the e-tickets over to me with a lovely e-mail promising more support and assistance should we need it. Thanks Liz you made my day better!

i needed to add someone on to my…

i needed to add someone on to my booking urgently and was trying for 2 days and got nothing then i had gotten a call from erin and she had helped me within a matter of minutes, the whole experience was stress free and she was so kind and helpful over the phone. thanks very much erin you have been a great help🙌🙌

Cancellation

Due to health reasons we had to cancel our cruise. Initially we were not able to get hold of seascanner and the cancellation was urgent due to final balance payment being the next day. We phoned the following day and Liz was very apologetic saying the offices were on a training day. She assisted us and had a warm, supportive and empathetic conversation with us. Bent over backwards to offer suggestions and supported our final decision with genuine concern for my medical condition. So good customer service.

Celebrity Cruises says it hasn't received the money from seascanner.co.uk and is going to cancel our cruise

We booked a "Celebrity Cruise" cruise through seascanner.co.uk. We paid the full amount to seascanner.co.uk, that issued us a receipt. Now, Celebrity Cruises is telling us they haven't received the money from seascanner.co.uk. What's going on? Seascanner.co.uk customer service team isn't responding. We've filed an appeal with ABTA. Is it possible that booking a cruise with seascanner.co.uk has to turn into a nightmare? Terrible service.

Incredible problem with reservation 92487013

I booked, and paid in full, a cruise with Celebrity Cruises through their website (Seascanner reservation number 92487013; Celebrity Cruises reservation number 3747292). Now, I've just received a disturbing message from Celebrity Cruises, warning me that I haven't paid for the cruise and, if I don't pay, it will be canceled. So, no money and no cruise! in addition to having paid for the missing cruise, we're very concerned because, among other things, we've already paid for flights, hotels, etc. In a nutshell: terrible service from seascanner.co.uk and we hope they fix the incredible issue quickly

We would like to reassure you that your booking is confirmed and is not at risk of cancellation. The message you received was an automated notification sent by the cruise line in error. Your payment is settled through our monthly account arrangements with the cruise line. Unfortunately, due to the timing of these payments, an automated message was generated by the cruise line in error.

We completely understand how concerning this would have been, especially when you have already made additional travel arrangements. We have raised this issue with the cruise line to help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.

We apologise again for the worry caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Liz at Seascanner Customer Support

Liz at Seascanner Customer Support was fantastic at assisting us. She was lovely to talk to, very helpful and caring. She responded to emails and contacted MSC on our behalf, even working on this to very late on a Friday night. We had a problem with our room not being suitable due to the needs of our family and she went above and beyond for us. I always recommend Seascanner as they are the most competitive for price but now having had to use their customer support, they really are worth using!

Naomi is a star..

Unfortunately we had to cancel our Cruise due to illness and my partner having to go into hospital for a replacement hip operation.

I filled out the online forms to Seascanner and Naomi contacted me.

What an excellent agent she is, talk about excellent customer service.

She was very kind, sympathetic and patient, she was so helpful and got everything cancelled for me without any further hassle, she even wished my partner good luck with her surgery and her recovery.

Naomi is a STAR.

Because of her I would heartily recommend Seascanner to everyone.
