Bought a 40 volt weed trimmer
Bought a 40 volt weed trimmer. I love it and I have a one acre lot and the battery last the whole time. Love the two string bump head and it is well balanced.
dont expect to get replacement parts
Bought a new 40v expand it trimmer and found a part to the handle missing. went on their parts site and found out that most of the parts for this new trimmer were discontinued and not available. called their customer service line and was disconnected after waiting 20 minutes. never again will i buy a ryobi product
I have purchased many Ryobi products in…
I have purchased many Ryobi products in the past but will not in the future based on my current situation of needing warranty work on a Ryobi RY141900 electric powerwasher. I reached out to Ryobi requesting warranty work. I was given Home Depot as a Ryobi service center. Ryobi told me if HD did not do warranty work I would need to ship the unit to Ryobi at my own expense. They would pay return shipping. Home Depot does not repair electric pressurewashers. I am estimating the unit weighs around 40 lbs. In addition to shipping I would pay to have it boxed. Why should I pay to have warranty work completed? Ryobi should not offer warranties that ultimately cost the consumer.

I bought the Ryobi Fogger it works goid for what I do.I clean churches and houses. Love it
Poor products and no interest in anything other than stating their policies. POOR SHOW!!!!
I used to be a loyal Ryobi customer, i bought loads of their One+ range, one of the main reasons was because of the warranty support. I had to use it extensively, the products fail regularly and they had a number of returns to facilitate.
The last straw for me was when my strimmer went on fire and burnt my wife's hand, Ryobi were not interested as the warranty has lapsed by a short period, however it had been in the garage all winter, on 1st use of the year it went dangerously wrong. My experience on the quality of the tools and aftersales care has been extremely poor, i now buy my products from another brand and my Ryobi tools will be binned as i replace them. No interest in my wife's injuries, no interest in anything other than stating their policies. POOR SHOW!!!!

RYOBI Warranty Service is a Joke
RYOBI Warranty Service is a Joke!
I purchased a Ryobi Cordless Wet/Dry Vacuum at the Home Depot right near me in part because of the three year warranty. It stopped working after using it two times. I just learned from Ryobi customer service that the only way to place a warranty claim is to take it to an "authorized service center". The closest one is 45 minutes away and that service center told me I'd have to wait 20 weeks to have it looked at and serviced or replaced!!!!
THIS IS THE LAST RYOBI PRODUCT I'LL BE BUYING. DO NOT BUY RYOBI PRODUCTS BASED ON THEIR WARRANTY!!! I'LL BE REPLACING MY WET/DRY VACUUM WITH A DEWALT, MILWAUKEE, CRAFTSMAN, BOSCH, ETC............ ALL OF WHICH HJAVE OUTSTANDING WARRANTIES FOR THE SAME OR LESS MONEY
Recieved this 3300 psi pressure washer…
Recieved this 3300 psi pressure washer with the Honda engine. I can't say anything bad about it. It took old oil. Cooking grease from my grill and Grime off my patio with ease. I'm very happy with it. The 5 in 1 nozzle is awesome. I'm glad to see that ryobi adds a 50 ft hose with this machine. No more moving it around to wash your vehicle. Awesome machine ryobi. Web.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Sent me a used product, took a month to get a replacement, called maybe 8 times or so to try to get them to resolve it and escalate it, but to no avail
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Sent me a used product, took a month to send another one. when i speak to them on the phone, they just don't seem interested and no one ever calls back when they promise they'll look into it and call back

Bought ryobi strimmer and the metal…
Bought ryobi strimmer and the metal wire snapped in half, says it all really. bought a Stihl strimmer and did the job with no issues.
Paving cleaner…
Bought a paving cleaner two days ago and the product does exactly what they say.
Battery is useless as after 10 minutes of light work it goes flat. For the price I expected better than an item that doesn't do the job.
Bought a Ryobi wet & dry vacuum to use…
Bought a Ryobi wet & dry vacuum to use in the workshop. No problem with the product itself but you cannot get replacement vacuum bags for it.
I contacted Ryobi & they said that they don't have any spares for it but gave me the name of a firm who supplies spares for them. They have no vacuums listed.
It's a consumable item for god's sake.
Won't be buying any more Ryobi products and suggest no one else does.
NEVER buy from Ryobi - useless
Absolutely disgraceful service from Ryobi. I bought a battery lawnmower from Ryobi that didn't work. Called them to get it repaired or replaced under my 'Repair or Replace Warranty'. They didn't want to know. Told me to return it to Homebase and get a refund as anything bought from Homebase is exempt from a Ryobi warranty because Homebase effectively own the warranty. This isn't mentioned anywhere in the warranty terms. I don't want a refund as I got a good deal on the mower and they don't stock it anymore. So I want a repair or replacement as promised in the box. The people on the phone were jobsworths who just kept repeating the same 'you'll need to return it to Homebase for a refund' line over and over again whatever I said. Highly irritating, I will NEVER buy Ryobi again!!!
I love my new weed eater
I love my new weed eater. I have had several but this one is so light and easy to use
I've bought several Ryobi tools and…
I've bought several Ryobi tools and since January have been trying to get the 4 missing screws for the pressure washer I purchase then. I am currently on hold (10 minutes so far). Dreadful after sales services completely at odds with the shiny 'we love you' adverts and all that codswallop.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, product lasted 10 months
Purchased the electric rider 10 months ago, charger stopped working after 10 months. For 2 days, I spent hours and hours on the phone. They keep transferring me from person to person to wrong departments, and I cannot get replacement. Home Depot service told me to wait 8 weeks or so for replacement (crazy for spring), and I chatted on Ryobi website and some Alisa person told me to take to service, I told her I already did and service said I need new charger because it's dead and need a new one, but she ignored my message and provided me link of local services and said 'have a nice day' and left. I could just punch such horrible customer support. With this support, they will lose all their customers. I'm returning the whole rider and buying another brand where I can get support when something breaks. Never again Ryobi brand. Horrible horrible customer support. Impossible to get support for a product that's suppose to last lifetime, only lasted 10 months. BEWARE RYOBI
Moved from large yard to small yard
Moved from large yard to small yard. Decided to try a battery powered mower. The RYOBI 21" is perfect. Just gave away the old gas clunker, gas cans, oil, filters etc. The new RYOBI has plenty of power. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Overprized second hand china junk
Overprized china junk with none excisting customer support.
Tool was full of dirt and dents out of the box, so was the other ones in the shop.
Theyre obviously selling second hand products as new.
Arrogant attitude towards customers is obviously a new trend.
Save your money, and buy a cheap brand instead, cause its most likely much better quality than Ryobi.
i purchased the ryobi 40 volt backpack…
i purchased the ryobi 40 volt backpack left blower it came with a broken handle i called customer service omg the best ever i gave him all the information he asked you told me not to worry send me one in the mail and even registered the leaf blower for me no questions asked just sending me the handle with customer service like that you can guarantee I will buy nothing but their tools from now on.
