Bought patio weed cleaner the mud guard…

Bought patio weed cleaner the mud guard worn after three weeks after eventually getting through to someone who wasn’t clear what she was talking about I had to put in writing no one has responded it took over three phone calls waiting for at least 40 mins each one just could not get through would never buy again

This is an appalling customer service

This is an appalling customer service. Bought a lawnmower and the thread one of the connection is faulty. Tried contacting them during the weekend and sent to webpage which I have to pay a £1 for any answers. What is that about? Phoned this morning and two calls. First call put me through to technical support and holding for 20 minutes - no updates. Called again and the customer support person didn't even speak to me but put me through to - yes again - technical support and still waiting again. This is a joke of a company. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!

No customer service

18v 4ah Battery has failed after 10 months of little use. Been on the phone on hold for 2 hours to warranty department with no answer. Stuck with no tool so no resolution. Poor show so steer clear.

Would apple sell phones without…

Would apple sell phones without chargers or batteries !!

Today excitedly I received my cordless hedge trimmer( in Spain )
Put it all together to find this cordless item battery not included so have an item that I cannot use without spending more money and purchasing battery
Batteries purchased as I now have kit I can’t use unless I do to find they don’t come with charging lead really poor show Ryobi purchasing a product everything should be included so you can use it straight out of box don’t care if one battery fits all as I was told how about giving me a battery in first place so I don’t have a useless piece of kit angry customer !!

Failed battery within warranty

Failed battery within warranty. Reported on-line using Ryobi site. No response. Tried on-line chat to follow up. It is the worst chatbot I have ever experienced. Responses bear no relevance to the issue.

15cm garden pruner - lasted less than an hour

Purchased a 15cm chain garden pruner, lasted about 15 cuts then the chain came off. Put the chain back on and attempted to tighten but it will not tighten. Customer services being as difficult as possible. Terrible service, stick to a reputable company in future, I won't go near ryobi again, stick to Dewalt.
Update - 2 weeks later Ryobi customer services don't answer the phone and are not responding to the request opened on their website, looks like that was £150 wasted and going to landfill. Avoid using them, they will take your money and avoid any further correspondence. 0 stars.

Bait and Switch. Then They Gaslight You.

What arrived was not what was advertised and not what was shown on the box. Having contacted them they have claimed the item had a "technical fault". It's not a technical fault! It is bait and switch which is illegal in the UK. The product did not have the features advertised.

Ryobi is owned by Techtronic Industries. Do not buy any of their other tool brands:

Do not buy from ryobi absolutely dreadful. customer service is dreadful and the warranty department is even worse the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on brought a pole saw and it has stopped working so called customer service was told it would be collected for repair waited in for two days now for it to be picked up still not collected called again to be told it would be collected tomorrow can't give me a time the name of the collection company no tracking number nothing at all don't believe them at all happy to take you money 3 year warranty what a joke of a company

If that RYOBI advertised on the tv that all ready means their company is not good enough and product is crap and reputation is down to ,like costumer service is not responsible to deal with any kind of faults or problems because they don't want it,also some companies advertising trust pilot as a 4/5 and 5 star reviews because their companies faking their reviews ,I saw many companies like L'Oréal Paris fragrances brands their been advertised on the Tv but what else I noticed L'Oréal Paris dosent put trust pilot reviews on the screens,why?that because L'Oréal Paris reputation is very good and products are very genuine people have no problem if they have costumer service problems sorting out very quickly. Before I by anything I always read reviews first about companies, if reviews are very negative about that companies than I won't waist my money because there is chance that product is faulty and possibly they won't respond to your mail.GUYS BEFORE YOU BY READ REVIEWS AND OF COURSE SOME REVIEWS CAN BE FAKE AS A POSITIVE ITS YOUR CHOICE WHAT YOU DECIDED. I never by random ittems by UNHEARD brand names, if i gonna by than I by from popular and trusted companies and of course reviews for me are very important and product quality, I better pay expensive money for the product but I know I'm purchased from trusted companies. DO NOT BUY RYOBI GRASS STRIMMER OLT 1832- I have had TWO such machines and with minimal summer use both have ceased to function. One lasted a year, and to be fair was replaced under guarantee. The next one 2 years but out of guarantee - and Ryobi suggestion is to contact their repair agent. Carriage+repair?-It's cheaper to buy a new one. Will I buy a new one? Not on your nelly!

I purchased the 18V EZ clean power…

I purchased the 18V EZ clean power cleaner last August. Finally used it several months ago. Big mistake. The quick connector broke on my first job. I have called customer service several times. I have held the phone for thirty minutes or more to no avail. Their customer service is down right sad. These people do not care about their customers. If only I knew about their issues before I bought their products. Home Depot needs to take a look at this company.

The Ryobi will clear the weeds the…

The Ryobi will clear the weeds the battery does not last very long. The wire breaks off we found a a piece stuck in my dogs paw it was 1-2cm long, this happened a few days after using, just found another piece in my slipper today a week after it had been used, sadly will not be able to use again only used a couple of times, please be careful with pets.

Awful company.

The WORST customer services I’ve ever experienced. No one takes responsibility, everyone palms you off. Trying to return and REPLACE a faulty item, they still haven’t sorted it or even emailed me as they said they would.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a nail gun and was advised delivery in 3-5 days. It didn't arrive, I sent an online chat message to chase but didn't get a reply. I couldn't wait any longer as I needed the tool for a job so I called customer services to cancel order and request a refund. I was on hold for 40 minutes but I eventually got through. I explained my order never arrived and was assured that a refund would be issued within 5-7 days. Needless to say no refund received. I sent an email chasing the refund but never received a reply. After about a month of placing the order and not hearing anything from Ryobi I called my bank and requested a charge back.

Wouldn't use this company again.

Rotten Tomarto Lawnmower and battery

Customer service non existing.Phone never answered lawnmower advertised on tv useless will not cut even a bunch of daisy's. Battery lasts 10 mins if you try for a refund its made impossible every step of the way This is a cheap plastic mower will not last good luck if you manage to get a response or refund my advice is hang on to your money because they will if you depart with it.Please note and act on this advice you'll thank me oh snd please read negative reviews 😀
