Excellent service delivering our new multi-game arcade machine. They rang at 9 on the morning of delivery and said they would be there around 4. Rang again 10 mins before arrival. Perfect delivery - wish other couriers were as good!

Kimpton and Elvis are the first delivery men who have ever moved furniture into my house without damaging anything. They were absolutely fantastic and aside from their heavy-lifting skills they were both incredibly friendly and so obliging. Best service ever.

The men who delivered our furniture were courteous and helpful, but they arrived 13+ hours before the scheduled delivery time slot of 7-10am on 12 March. Yes, before 18.00 on 11th March. We were in shock. Perhaps we should have said 'no, come back in 13 hours'. Four pieces of furniture were delivered for one room, including sofas and a sofa-bed. The only way to make space was to move the old furniture out of doors. This is due to be collected today by the British Heart Foundation. The delivery men wrapped the old furniture in the heavy duty plastic from the new furniture but we are in the Lake District and it has been a wet and stormy night. The plastic has blown off and very good quality furniture is now soaking wet. I fear BHF may not take the furniture when they arrive. Arriving 13-16 hours before schedule is unacceptable and has caused us a problem (likely to be an expensive and already a very stressful one) to make alternative arrangements at short notice for furniture removal. It is also potentially creating waste for landfill that could have been reused and also raised substantial money for an important charity. The email states that the delivery was on 12 March, but it was actually on 11th March, arrival at house before 18.00. As it was dark by the time the furniture was moved (out and in), and the furniture was in a very narrow passage way, I was unable to access it to secure the plastic. Disastrous and stressful.

I have just had a delivery of a sofabed. Not only were the drivers on time, informed me of when they were going to arrive but their professionalism in ensuring that my home or
sofabed wasn’t damaged was exemplary. Measurements and planning to take upstairs and then showing me how to use the product were great too. Please thank Elvis and Kenton personally for the care they took. Also the office for making sure it was delivered in the time I requested and informing me. All round a great experience.

It might be unfair to give you such a low rating, as I'm generally happy with the delivery. But I was very unpleasantly surprised when they woke me up at 6:30 a.m. (My delivery window was 7 a.m.). To be fair, they waited five minutes for me to get dressed and were otherwise professional. But I wouldn't wish a 6:30 a.m. delivery on anyone, especially if you don't have to get up early.

Communication was excellent throughout. Delivery on time and carried out well by the two gentlemen.

Drivers were helpful, polite and willing to follow our delivery request. They kept us notified of their arrival from the road, helped us place new sofa bed into our flat - many thanks.
Great communication system in general. Notification emails and text messages about delivery schedule in advance, ETA on the day of delivery.

Delivery was 1 hour early which drivers didn't seem to know, so wonder what the communication between them and admin are. Its a shame this company don't offer a recycle of old furniture service as it indicates this might be an option on emails. However, the 2 delivery workers more than made up for these negatives and were excellent. It was clear they were trying their best not to damage my walls/doors getting x2 very heavy and large items to my upstairs room of choice. They delivered them, unpacked them and put them exactly where I asked. Took all the packaging as expected. I couldn't be happier with the items and delivery. These workers worked extremely hard and I hope their salary demonstrates value to them for that. As a customer I am very pleased with their service and would use again. Thank you!

Really helpful delivery guys. Had clearly had a long drive (Scottish delivery) and into a tight street but couldn’t have been more helpful.

The two men who delivered my new sofa-bed were excellent - professional, polite and very quick.
They had no problem dropping off at my preferred spot and then carefully taking it through the garden, unpacking and bringing it through the patio doors. They placed it carefully into the space, assembled it and made sure that I understood how to use the mechanism.

The delivery guys were excellent thank you. The administration was appalling and unresponsive. The day before delivery I received texts and emails advising of delivery time. Sadly I received two of both with different delivery times!! I noticed this at 4:57 pm. I immediately phoned the office to find it closed for the evening but I left an urgent message. I also sent an email asking for clarification. I received no response to either phone or email message, there clearly is not emergency cover at night. My day has been seriously upset as I felt I had to cover two possible times at opposite ends of the day. Fortunately the item was delivered in the earlier of the two slots ie 7:00am to 10:00 am but I have received no apology for the confusion. Not great company in my opinion.

Gave my preferred day of the week for delivery which worked very well, time slot given the night before and the delivery team text me in the morning with an eta. Lovely polite team who got my lovely sofa through the back garden and up a couple of stairs. Would recommend this company.

I am absolutely in love with my sofa bed — it’s even more beautiful than I expected! The quality is amazing, it’s so comfortable, and it has completely transformed my space. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the team were incredibly kind and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent delivery service. They were very accommodating with instructions. Clear communication throughout, and left it neat and tidy as we could not be present. Sent us photos too after all assembled, including the bed unfolded - much appreciated!
