Frustrating!

Ordered a large item through Very on 17th April, received notification from Katem that it would be delivered on 23rd April. Waited in but no delivery, emailed them but no response so contacted Very who said it was an error and would be delivered on the following Monday 27th April, waited in again and no delivery, I called Very but they did not update me as promised so I cancelled the order that evening. I then received another email stating it would be delivered on the 28th April so I sent Katem an email to tell them I had cancelled the order and notified the driver who called me. Since then I have received two further emails and collection attempts for an item I never received! I have called Very four times for them to notify Katem to stop sending drivers as they are not acknowledging my emails.

Be aware of missed delivery times and poor service

Recent poor experience with this company, who you cannot speak to on phone and do not respond to customer care emails

Wickes supplier used these for kitchen item delivery- first they get the wrong day and when the correct day came their tracking system showed OK, right up to delivery window- driver has gps tracking showing around 1.5hrs away at 10.00 and me being the next drop- 50 mins later Katem tracking website showed a failed delivery attempt and wrong address- neither of these correct and not even a phone call to clarify- can only assume they did not want to fulfil delivery- I waited in for this today so thanks for that- no communication from them, Wickes or Wickes supplier (Wilson Art) at this point- please can you communicate when delivery will happen
