Managed to win myself 21k

made three separate withdrawals and as soon as i had done that. they suspended my account.

Asked me for various documents which i provided. They emailed back saying withdrawals should be with me today but they have closed my account - i never asked for them to do so and they won’t reopen it back up.

I wonder if they will put my withdrawals through, closing my account and not reopening seems very fishy to me. I will come back with a response if they have or haven’t but for now, it is very poor.

Seemed ok at first. Really enjoyed the gaming experience for the day I used it. However, when I started to withdraw multiple sums, suddenly they said my account was suspended for business reason and that I would have 7 days to withdraw any funds that I still had in my account. I find this laughable as I am sure they would be happy to take money if I was not winning and kept depositing, I asked why but they said they did not need to tell me as per T&C’s when I signed up they reserve the right to suspend the account at any time for any reason. I mean, this could mean absolutely anything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I understand they are a business but withdrawing £600 should not be a big deal. Hopefully they send me my winnings 😂 big thumbs down from me. I am considering looking into this further with the gambling commission so that this does not happen to anyone else looking to have some fun 🤩 but not being persecuted for withdrawing when winning NOT an obscene amount.

I wish I read the reviews before depositing! Deposited won withdrew £100 now says my account is suspended for absolutely no reason told me that it’s because I tried to log in wrong multiple times which isn’t true said i can now log in and nope still suspended!! AVOID!

Decent at first. I was using Rhino for a few months and had no issues until one day, out of the blue, my account was suspended. It wasn't due to ID or verification or anything as I'd done this with no problems previously.

Crucially there was no communication from Rhino as to why my account was suddenly suspended. I tried to email and ask but received no response.

There is no facility to resolve queries by phone or live chat, so the only hope you have of speaking to anyone is via email. I never did receive an explanation.

It's also important to note that funds with Rhino are not protected like they are with a lot of other bookies. If they get into difficulties then customer funds can be used to settle their liabilities. Overall not a bad website or app, but when there are so many options out there, Rhino have fundamental drawbacks that mean you're better off using other companies.

I took these guys for £12k. Easy target. Need more bookies like this.

Take your money, then as soon as you start winning they susspend your account! Still trying to claim my withdrawal.
Have so far given them a copy of my driving licence, passport, most recent payslip and as requested a picture of my bank card attached to the account, and guess what!!!! We require further proof!!
Have since given up trying to withdraw my money. No point even arguing with these mikey mouse companies.

I registered and deposited a total of £100, I won £250, made my withdrawal and now suddenly my account is suspended! This is a ugly and dubious site and must be reported. After reading other reviews here, I am now super worried.

Rhino has suprised me, they replied my email and released my funds! Yippee! Thank you Rhino, can you now remove the suspension on my account pls?

I opened an account and deposited some money, which was all OK, I then won some money on one of the games and they suddenly blocked my account for verification purposes to which I sent my details. They replied that the account was closed and I won't get my winning. So unless you loss they don't want to know.

I have won money tried to withdraw sent Id that wasn't good enough so sent more. Now emails won't deliver. What is going on!!!

Followed an advertisement link and deposited 50 gbp.
most companies are doing bet 10 get 30 in bonuses.
I recieved no bonus whatsoever and when I queried this I was told i id not qualify for any bonus as the link could not be confirmed. I was completely ignored despite sending over 20 emails. I have since learned that this company have solvency issues and are allegidly bankrupt. Please do not bet here under any circumstances

I gave this a 5 star not so long ago, but haven't won anything in ages. Done £200 in 2 days on the slots and 2 bonuses, which were less than £5 each. Will not be playing this site again, and I would keep clear.
