I have played on this slot for a while and games freezes all the time , it’s hard to place bets sometimes you have to repeat the process about 5-6 times to finally get a bet on . During football matches I had a cash out of over £200 pound and I tried to cash this out or would not allow me to , this has happened on numerous occasions , after complaining I was given a good will gesture of free spins on a poor slot machine and a free bet bet which was a small fraction of what I should of cashed out . After using the site for a while all was okay. Deposit and withdrawals all good. But then tried to withdraw and kept saying failed. Finally managed to withdraw says processed but never received the money in the bank. Customer services are hard to get any replies from as all emails. Do not use awful.

Very very poor, first day of opening an account i deposited £1000, after a couple of bets on live casino the screen went blue and froze, I logged out and then back in to see that £800 had been deducted from my account, impossible to find contact and support.
Eventually found and email address to complain, had a return after a couple of days to say there was no fault there end, absolute joke.

This casino has to be a scam, there is no way on earth it’s a legitimate business. I have gambled for untold years and have never see a site with such low RTP, I would honestly say RTP could be 5%! Please please gamble elsewhere, if you gamble here I guarantee you will lose, and you won’t just lose you’ll be taken to the cleaners!

I wouldn’t recommend this company. Contacting them about a withdrawal and they blocked me on Facebook messenger and so I emailed them to be blocked there too. I’m giving them a 2 star because I got the withdrawal but don’t think much of their customer service at all.

This company commit fraud and use your details illegally. I appreciate that some people are having good experiences as we all would have had in the initial play time with them. Once they have enough information to essentially clone you then they will suspend and close your account citing ‘business decision’.

Spread this far and wide and report them so they are closed down.
