I think this is a scam. Opened an account, made a deposit and my account was instantly suspended. Was told I need to send my documents which I did. I received an email to say they had my documents but nothing since, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard back, they have ignored my emails for the last 2 days! I haven't had a problem withdrawing fairly quickly the few times I have won and like all casinos they are quick to take your money. However I have just realised that my latest withdrawal is pending to a saved card I had with them which I used a lot but now no longer have and not to the card I made my last deposit with. No problem I thought - quick online chat or phone call and it will soon be resolved. Then discovered they don't have phone or chat contact, only email which takes 72 hours to respond.
