So I signed up last week and made deposits of around £500. I then made several withdrawals totalling over £600. I received an email asking me various documents for KYC. I sent them off and received an email the following day saying they had been approved. I then noticed some of the withdrawls had a fail status on them and one transaction was even recredited to my account forcing me to withdraw it again. This made me worry and that’s when I first checked trustpilot. I have to say after reading reviews I thought my money was gone.To my surprise I’ve just received a payment for all of my withdrawls.

That aside I like the interface, so no complaints here.

I won 200 i withdrew it all then played with 80 i got down to 40 the suspended my account because I didn't give them ID well why not ask me for it before i played SCAMMERS they emailed to say the reason they suspended it is because of that ya right it's because I won't 200 ans they prob won't even get my account up and running again I havw sent what they requested but I expect I won't get my account open there be more excuses if I get my winnings and my account back up ans running again I will change this reveiw ans star however at the moment it's staying like this till its SORTED

I deposited 800 pounds on this site and I got bonus up 6 times. DONT PLAY this site. WORST site ever. This is my first ever review on a casino site and it is that bad, I thought I would write a review. I was playing a pound a spin I won 49 pounds after depositing 500 pounds. Not played with Rhino.bet long but found the website easy to use.

Not had a big win but payout was quick and also emailed about an issue which was responded to promptly.

Not sure about all the negative replies., but my experience has been fine with them.

suspended my account after depositing £300 then trying to withdraw 550.no explanation.....absolute scam....avoid at all costs.doesnt reply to emails.company has several allies under play gaming umbrella...once I'd been barred sent me netbet request in same name and password to entice me to do the same with no doubt the same result...

Never received new customer 75 bonus spins or the weekly 250 spins. Customer service is a joke and only contact is via email.

I opened account,then realised I didn't check reviews first! Changed my mind in a sec after I saw the reviews,there is no "close account" option,only "Self exclude". Utterly disgusting. Stay away from Malta operator's!!

Deposit over 300 pounds
Withdraw 100 and not cleared. The bank says its the sites end with the problem. Basically funds not been released.
It reads pending for to long now.
Joined with them very recently put deposits on. I'm contacting the authorities as far too many sites do this.

After reading these comments I just e mailed them a reference from MGA and they had given me a reference I then e mailed them demanding my winnings.

Then e mailed MGA explained I had never received my free £25 bet also .

Then amazingly 🤩 they instantly paid £140 from my last winnings.

These other people are blagging about bankruptcy and solvency.

Which this casino obviously 🙄 isn’t .

However they just closed my account down due to complaining to the malta 🇲🇹 gaming association as their administration was so diabolical too.

If I could give 0 or minus stars I would! I have held an account with Rhino for the past 2/3 weeks and all was going brilliantly, games selection was good and pay-outs were received within 24 hours, but that's where it ended.

It's now been over a week since making some withdrawals to the sum of £693 and no sign of them reaching my account, customer service is horrendous, 4 emails sent and I finally got a response through FACEBOOK!! and what a surprise they just fed me a load of BS.

Please please do not trust these people with you money, just read some of the other comments, I am not the only one this has happened too!

Seems to me that people only write reviews about casino sites after bad experiences. I signed up a few days ago. So far no issues good choice of casino games and sports betting. Withdrawals are fast. Site says can be up to 3-5 days but usually in the account within 4-6 hours no fuss. One of the better casinos I have played at and I've played at the "big name" ones. Would recommend to anybody wanting to open an account. 5*
