I just place a bet on football.
I won £310 and after i make a withdrawal they suspend my account after few minutes, i have screenshots with withdrawal in pending,i email them but still not answering,what can i do if i have proof with everything..

Did open accont,deposite 20 and its never come to my balance ,but was taken off my card.did write custamer email,thay sad look for help custamer on webpage ,but there is no chat or other way how to contact them .scam

I made that mistake can only spin a few times then says error message and throws you back to home page then when u try and launch any games says you are not logged in. Seems to spin OK on spins that don't pay soon as its a spin that's going to pay throws you out. I got a bonus on 2nd spin thre me out. After about 12 attempts of logging in and out managed to play bonus and get what at the end threw me out of game and didn't pay the winnings. There is ZERO customer service its a SCAM SITE.i cannot withdraw what I have left as it says I have no card on account yet I managed to deposit?with my card??? Tread carefully wish I had read reviews

Absolutely awful site. Can't enjoy games because you get kicked out of games several times with pop up messages such as "session was ended, please log in". "Internal service error" and many more and each time I was logged in to my account! Wish I read reviews prior to creating an account and didnt bother wasting my time and money on the site. No live chat either only email and I still haven't had a reply 3 days on. Won't deposit or play on this site again.

Keep getting kicked off games saying "I'm bit logged in" (I am) won't load any games . Cant enjoy games when you keep getting kicked off !! Won't be depositing again sadly

Absolute scam company i deposited £100 won a bit and then they say account suspended. Avoid!!!!!!! Also they didn't give me the free 75 spins on bonanza as promised. I wish I had read the reviews before depositing please let my mistake be a blessing for you!

I have deposited £500 2 times and it’s showing only once in my statement there was an error showing in the Rhino app. No contact number to call them,just found one email address when I googled and now no reply from last 4 days.

I thought I’d give this casino a go on the off chance. Read reviews before depositing. In fact do not deposit at all.the casino is an awful. (I’ve only tried slot machines)
So I deposited money and every game I went to play it kept crashing, then logging me out, I finally found a game I could play then after 3 spins it crashed saying technical error. So I decided to contact customer support and explained my issues as I thought it was just a technical issue, maybe just a coincidence, baring in mind it took 72 hours for a reply. I was completely gobsmacked with the reply I received. The email i received (coincidentally with no name) just regards was. Do you want to close your account!!! No apologies or explanation. This goes to show that they clearly couldn’t give a 💩. So put your money into somewhere where you get treated with respect. Take my advice and stay clear away.

Scammers. All of sudden account suspended while live on table. No response. £500 into account going to bank and gambling site to complain.

Good site but had a lot of bad issues , constantly getting logged off and games closing within a few spins and messages saying I'm logged out when I'm not , withdrawals used to take 2-3 hours now taking days and still waiting on £400 , my £600 and £1300 withdrawal took a few hours , lots of issues with the site with gameplay dropping out but apart from that good selection of games and easy to navigate , only major con is no customer service contact on website.

I opened an account , i was playing casion, then all of a sudden i was logged out and it says account suspended , the customer service says 72 hours to respond, theres no chat or anyway to call them . I am very suspicious of how there operate , i see many reviews saying the same problems repeatedly

I would have definitely given 5 stars, if there was video to watch.
However, saying that, 4 stars is well deserved.
I had no issues placing a bet, little to no issues navigating the site.
I had no issues on withdrawal.
Overnight withdrawal back to my card, email at 9am, when they started processing, back on my bank(barclays) by 11am.

Thats pretty quick, but sometimes delays can be due to banks.. Barclays are pretty quick on this point... Versus Santander who are one of the slowest around.

So all in all a pretty good experience, except for the live feed.
Id recommend these guys.

Been using rhino for a while now won some and the withdrawal was successful won some more money and they asked for my passport and a bill for the next withdrawl to be processed I sent these pictures over they emailed to say my account is verified 3 days have gone by and still nothing they have stopped replying to my emails aswell I’m waiting on 4800

Had some bad experiences with online sites , but rhino paid out next day and was a Sunday and was a reasonable amount . I do understand peoples frustration regarding playing live casino and it kicks you back to Home Screen, not sure what reason behind it is. But a decent site no scam issues here. Does need a live chat option, seen some reviews saying they wernt regulated but looks like they are to me.

Played for couple days withdrew £151 then withdrew £1000 recived my money with no prob gone on to win another £3000 and withdrew just waiting on payment. I haven't as of yet seen any problems with this site. If I do I will come back but atm very happy with it x

I've recently joined and I received my first withdrawal within few hours, but been waiting almost day and a half now for my most recent withdrawal.

I've read alot of the reviews and also think that the good reviews are fake to make the site look good. I mean who wins 51000 pound and gets it sent to their account within hours, I'm only waiting on 230 pounds so something feels very off.

I proceeded to use Rhino and have found that they do not adhere or follow the legal rules and agreements between themselves and such organisations as GAMSTOP and the Gaming Commission - they allow you to register when you shouldn't and play. They then close your account once you have. As per William Hill and what they where fined millions for earlier in 2023. So beware, they act illegally and do not care about responsible gambling or the customer. When you call them out they refuse to talk to you and say they are ending communication. In addition not helpful or customer service based.

Great games and easy bonuses just waiting on my withdrawal and if that goes smoothly I’ll be sticking to playing this site
