This is a scam website
This is a scam website! I paid for a $32.99 for a shoulder ice pack on the website. Recieved an email from Revixcare that they did not receive a payment 2 days later so they canceled my order. Then I asked for my refund and they messaged me telling me they cannot refund me to message enduraxphoto to get my refund. I did that and have not received a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Very shady business revicare is running. Do not put your money in their hands. Be warned!!

We told you that the money is pending by Paypal or your credit card bank, not from us. We tried to cancel your order to see if you can get your money back. But unfortunately failed. Boot is well designed and adjustable for different sizes so it stays on. Material covering effectively chills the foot/ankle but prevents “freezer burn”.

Works Great
I like this ice wrap . I recently had knee surgery and the ice pack I had stopped working. I needed something to replace it. When I first used it, following the directions, It worked so good and it allowed me to be mobile. Works really great.

I already sent in this review yesterday. Here it is again. The item was left on the front steps underneath a large sign requesting that all packages be left by the back door. Apparently, your delivery person decided to ignore the sign. The box itself had an enormous hole large enough to fit a huge fist, as if the box had been punched. Luckily the item was not damaged as your packers padded the statue with syrofoam.

Go straight to the source
I ordered this product twice from Amazon and both times received the pack without the second long strap so I decided to go straight to the source and order from the manufacturer/distributor. I’m so glad I did the ice pack came quickly and with everything in the box as it should be. It fit my son perfectly and has been the best ice pack we have tried yet. Thank you for making this purchase and process so easy. I will come again for any athletic ice pack needs.
