Ordered and tried to cancel added item on same day, all emails ignored, the money taken was more than on invoice and different company, never answered emails, apart from PayPal contacting them

Rogue company
Ordered from them several weeks ago and nothing has arrived. They are uncontactable by email ( my email bounced back !) and the shipping cannot be tracked as the checking system for the buyers identity doesn’t work ! I thought the company was in the UK but I now suspect it’s Chinese . ‘Don’t buy from this company’ is my advice ….

I would give this company no star
I would give this company no star, for not delivering VeinTarget Microneedle Patch product as requested and paid since more then three weeks ago. The money ( 50 pounds) is gone from my account and I'm still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. On the website it says ''Made and shipped from the UK, ships in 24h'' I don't think so. I do not recommend. Email was sent to Jadevix 5 days ago. They didn't bothered to respond back so far with an update.
