Speedy, thoughtful service
I had received notice from USPS that my package had been delivered, when it had not been. I reached out to Revixcare, and received a response within 12 hours, and a replacement within 24 hours.
Even though it was not their fault the item was missing, they still replaced it at no additional charge to me.
Revixcare went above and beyond!
The product itself is also great--the quality of craftsmanship and the generous sizing make these icepacks exactly what I need for my aching knees.

If you are having knee replacement you will need at least 3 of these for the first 2 weeks because you really want to keep your knee cool so the swelling is manageable.

These pads are awesome
These pads are awesome. My wife and I have a few of these and they work great. We like the amount of time that the pads keep cold, and that the straps keep them in place vey well. Will buy more as needed.

Ice Ice Baby…
Just had total knee replacement surgery, and in addition to the ice machine which limits mobility. The leg gel packs allows me some movement during recovery.
I would recommend getting these in addition to the icing machine.

Revix Ice Pack for Hip
After a full hip replacement was looking for a solution at home (not renting the full leg ice/electrical machine from the hospital). The hip ice pack had been brilliant. Can be applied directly to the skin or over a protecting cloth depending what stage of recovery you are in. Freeze time and usage time were spot on. Straps simple to use in both applications. Totally recommend!

After Achilles surgery looked for a similar cold pack that the Physical Therapist uses. The Revixcare extra large one is the only thing that came close to coldness and size to entirely wrap my calf. Stays cold for a long time and provides pain and swelling relief
