Scott visited my property today to fit a new part for my TV. He sent a message letting me know he was 15 mins away and was on time. TV fixed quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant chap, very respectful of my property, took shoes off before walking on carpet without being asked to do so. All in all I am extremely happy with the service. Thank you Scott.

Had a fridge freezer that was having a fan issue. Mathew the engineer was extremely knowledgeable and courteous being an excellent ambassador for both the repair guys and samsung

Scott was friendly, professional, prompt, efficient - he diagnosed the problem with our LG TV immediately and arranged for a replacement screen to fix it, returning when they got said screen - can't ask for more than that. Would highly recommend The Repair Guys whose communication was excellent right from the off.

Matthew was excellent, got my washer dryer working again and was friendly and pleasant.

Matthew came out to fix my washing machine this morning, he was very polite and knowledgeable, very pleased with the service.

Repairs guys took on the repair quickly the man I spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly. Matthew the engineer was knowledgeable and personable. Hope with the ordered parts my refrigerator issue will fixed!

Had a problem with our TV, so called our insurers who arranged for The Repair Guys to come see what the problem was. We were kept updated on the engineer's arrival the day before and eta on the appointed day. Scott, our engineer, arrived promptly and could see the problem almost immediately. He said that he needed to get the part ordered and I would be contacted when he could come back to complete the job. True to his word, Scott, notified us by text the day before and again on the day with an eta. Once arrived, he quickly got on with the job. Scott was polite, efficient and finished within 20 mins! He even took the packaging with him when he left. Expert care from the company and a big shout out to Scott for his expertise and care when having to get the TV off the wall.

Your engineer Pete Lloyd carried out the repair to our washing machine. He was courteous and knowledgeable and carried out the work to replace the drum efficiently. Thank you.

Left the workspace clean and tidy and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving.

TV stopped working. Scott from Repair Guys came to assess it & knew what was wrong straight away-it needed a new screen! He took it to their repair shop, new screen ordered & two weeks later he brought it back, re-installed it & did a very thorough check to make sure all was as it should be. Very impressed with his professional friendly service-thank you Scott.

My TV was collected by Scott for a warranty repair and even though the fault wasn't repeatable at the time of collection Scott helped me take it off the wall and the display was replaced without hassle. Scott was professional, thorough and helpful as well as flexible when I wasn't available for the delivery. Thank you for a seamless and stress-free service.
