Scott came out to replace the screen panel on our LG TV under our John Lewis warranty. He was prompt, courteous, and exceptionally polite—he even insisted on taking his shoes off, which was a lovely touch. He completed the repair quickly while showing fantastic attention to detail and great care. He worked neatly and made sure to clean up, taking away the old panel and all the packaging from the new part. I honestly can’t rate Scott highly enough. Outstanding service!

The engineer Scott came to my house to repair my TV, he was very professional, polite and fixed the TV nice and quick.

On the 30th July Scott returned to put a new circuit board in our LG OLED TV. He completed the task effectively and efficiently. We were grateful that he set the TV up with the Internet and didn't just fix it and walk off leaving me to muddle through setting it all up again. Scott was thoroughly pleasant throughout and he clearly knows his job inside out. Previously he had diagnosed the fault and we had to wait for the new part to come in. On the days and time slot he was due he rang or texted with a time he would arrive.
Scott and the office staff are a well oiled team. You speak to real people, not irritating bots ! I would like to give a particular shout out to Angie who was so helpful in arranging the day and time of the visit. She also explained clearly what we should expect. You can have complete trust in The Repair Guys they provide good old fashioned service.

My breadmaker was repaired & returned soon after by Scott. Excellent service

We were having problems with our tv. Scott thought we needed a replacement part which he he obtained and replaced. He then reset the tv to make sure everything was working. All the time he was very professional and friendly.

I was very happy with the overall service from Scott at the Repairs Guys. His communication, timekeeping, explanation and overall service was great, and I would highly recommend him.

My experience with the repair guys has been a positive one. Tv was collected within the 3 hour slot. Scott arrived, was very knowledgeable, explained what the process would be and a rough time scale . Then when the repair was completed I received another txt with a time slot and then another txt from Scott when he was 15 mins away. Tv was brought in, unpacked and tested for me. Really happy thanks Scott. Time will tell if the Samsung TV stays working which is down to Samsung .

Had a great experience with Repairguys. Scott was friendly and helpful. Arrived on time with plenty of notice to take away my TV to get it fixed. Notified me in advance when the TV was ready to be returned. Was packaged well in transit and returned in working order ready for use. Scott even offered to place the TV where required but was happy to do this myself. Overall a friendly, efficient company and the service received from Scott was of a very high standard. Would highly recommend using. A big thank you.

We had Matt out to do an investigation on our Samsung washing machine which had recent broken. He was very thorough with the initial investigation and then went on to explain what had happened and why. This was very helpful in understanding what the issue was and then went on to inform me of what would happen next regarding the report and follow up from Samsung. He also explained what the possible options would be in regards to the repairs. Overall he was very helpful and friendly and I really appreciate them coming out to sort this as quickly and efficiently as they have.

Scott visited my property today to fit a new part for my TV. He sent a message letting me know he was 15 mins away and was on time. TV fixed quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant chap, very respectful of my property, took shoes off before walking on carpet without being asked to do so. All in all I am extremely happy with the service. Thank you Scott.
