Great customer care from BoseRepairExperts.
Unfortunately my amplifier was beyond repair. It had basically fried itself however Chris at BoseRepairExperts called me and spoke to me personally about the situation. My amplifier was returned and I was given a full refund that cleared swiftly. I've followed his advice and purchased a functioning second amp. I'm now happy with knowledge that if it starts to deteriorate then BoseRepairExperts should be able to refurbish it. Top class.

Spoke with Chris after posting off my Cayenne amplifier that had the usual water damage. Explained all and quoted me for repair. Very straightforward and had it posted back promptly with DPD next day couriers.
Amp now working great and sound system as it came from the factory.

Superb company .Great communication and exactly as they promise .My MMI unit for my Audi TT was repaired and sent back within days and is working perfectly now.

Easy clear instructions helped from the beginning. Rapid turn around and now I have a working amplifier. The only moment of concern was, having sent it off, I just had to trust it had been received. Comms could be improved there a touch. But good work all round.

I recently had my Audi TT amplifier repaired by Bose Repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My amp hadn’t worked since I bought the car many years ago, so hearing it come back to life in full, rich sound was absolutely epic!

The whole process was smooth and straightforward, from applying for the repair to sending off the amp. I was kept informed at every stage with clear email updates, including a detailed synopsis of the work carried out once the repair was complete.

Phenomenal service by them. With a 6 hour round trip for a funeral coming up the following Monday, they were colossally understanding and helpful, turning my repair around in the same day.

I plugged the amplifier back in and everything worked perfectly. they've made a very difficult day, that much more bearable.

Great communication...although my unit was beyond repair they were able to replace the board ...over the moon I received the unit promptly and install 5 mins later I had fully a functioning unit..great .

From the day I sent my Mazda MX5 Bose audio Amp for repair to receiving it back repaired was under one week. I fitted the Amp back on the car the same day it arrived back and so far all seems to be working great. No more machine gun / loud crackling noise coming from the speakers. What a fantastic service offered by these guys!. The Bose amplifier in my Audi TT suddenly died and water was the cause. I sent it off to them and they kept me fully informed all the way about the repair process. They even tweaked the amplifier to provide a better sound - more bass and better top end. When I got the repaired amp back and installed, the difference in sound quality was totally amazing - so much so that I’m actually glad I had to send it off for repair!
