I had an unfortunate situation after returning a rented car a rim was marked and I was charged for the repair.

I've used RentalCover.com for many trips driving mainly in Europe and some here in Australia and have never had to make a claim until a short trip in QLD recently.

Its so fast and easy and a good price too

THre process was easy. The rental Car company sent most of the needed information. The few documet I did need I scanned but I could have used my phone. Electronic submission. They reviewed it and allowed for currency changes and information formatting fro the Rental Companies report. They even prorated the taxes on the bill! Excellent. And then the money was sent to me quickly via Venmo! I could not ask for more.

Very quick on the response and returned the damage I paid. The only issue is the exchange rate used. The invoice was in Euro but compared to what I was charged from my credit card company the money I received from you is about $60 short of a 1200 Euro repair cost. Do not know why such a difference in the exchange rate. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.
