Really easy to obtain cover and the cost was very reasonable.

Simple application form . Great for UK people living in Spain. I am buying the cover for my wife and hope that with the simplicity of the application form all will be well - otherwise O would have given full marks.

Using the website to submit my claim was very easy. I did have an issue with uploading PDF files, but the system accepted images of the PDFs and were readable. I was able to submit my claim in 5 to 10 minutes on a cellphone, and that included converting the PDFs to images. My claim was approved within an hour and my payment was ready with 4 hours, truly exceeding my expectations. The funds appeared in my account the next day. Truly a great experience!
