I used Prestige Cars Agent to sell my car on Sale or Return. I'll be honest - handing over a £60k car, both keys, and the V5C to someone I'd never met was nerve-wracking. Sleepless nights included. But Ross and the team proved completely trustworthy.

Dropped the car off 18th January, buyer secured with deposit by 17th March - just 2 months despite winter market. Buyer collected 13th April, payment cleared 16th April. The delay between deposit and collection was buyer logistics, not PCA.

Ross exceeded my target figure despite the slow winter market.

During the period, the car needed MOT and service - Ross arranged this through their local Audi dealer at no additional charge. MOT flagged a damaged tyre, which Ross sorted through his local tyre supplier - I paid for the tyre, but he handled all the logistics. No fuss.

Communication via WhatsApp was good, though more frequent updates would've helped ease the anxiety (Ross does this daily, but it's a first for me!).

Commission was very reasonable - Ross mentioned he gave me a discount, which I appreciated.

Would I use them again? Absolutely. Just avoid trying to sell prestige cars in winter!

Positive experience selling my car to these guys via Motorway online auction. They were quickly in contact after the auction finished. After a thorough inspection, test drive and a conversation about my history with the car they were satisfied there were no surprises or things not as described and paid the agreed price. I bought a car from them earlier this year but it has got a severely bad gearbox( Fiesta Zetec S 1.0 Ecoboost 2015 year) requiring week in the workshop to replace/rebuild the gears in the box. Also I paid top money for the car but the gearbox is bad. Lucky I have a RAC warranty because my brother advised me to get it but RAC are now seemingly reluctant to pay out and they wont accept the gearbox is faulty until the garage have stripped it all down which is hugely frustrating and deeply irritating because I paid fair and square for a warranty and there's no question the gearbox is faulty. The RAC roadside relay themselves said it is faulty. It is distracting me and severely disrupting me from my working time as I have to keep on ringing up to find out any progress and I am left without a car. I drove a fiesta for 23 years before exactly the same and I never did any damage to the gearbox so for them to suggest its my fault is ridiculous. I am very unhappy with this car as I also trusted the dealer to be top rated but I have to now say I would never buy another second hand car from them - it is not worth the stress worry the annoyance factor and the time it's costing me to sort this out on top of the high value I paid at the outside and for the warranty. Very upset. It is highly frustrating and aggravating.

What made this experience great.. where do I start. Dealing with Danny was probably the standout. As a prestige car dealer, he knows his cars and he wants his clients to be satisfied. He went over and above what I expected when purchasing a used car. When he heard I was collecting it and driving a long way, he made sure my tyres were up to standard, delivered the car on his day off and programmed everything so I could just jump in and drive away. It's rare to find customer service like that anymore. I would recommend anyone, anywhere to consult Adelaide Prestige for a vehicle.
