Faisal is a legend, very good at what he does, I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a car

I’m new to the UK car market, and Carfound came in at exactly the right moment when I was looking for a car. From the very beginning, Faisal supported me throughout the process, was clear about every step, and completely transparent about all fees. I received regular updates, and when a potential car was found, the inspection Carfound carried out was extremely thorough.I highly recommend Carfound service if you want to avoid the hassle and find the right car.

Faisal was ideal. Within a day of submitting my interest he had reached out to me personally, and was able to pick out what I wanted in a car within a few examples. He then found me a car at pace, and stayed in touch with me until I had owned the car for a few days to ensure I was happy with everything. I couldn't recommend this service enough for anyone in the market for a new car.

Carfound were a really great help in our recent car purchase. From providing advice to finding options for us to look at, the service was excellent.

I used Carfound to find a pickup truck. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about cars and don't like going through the process of finding/selecting them - so I contacted Carfound. Faisal said he didn't usually do pickup trucks but he clearly did his research and quickly came back with a lot of good info. This all made the process of finding the truck much easier and less stressful.
However, I saw the real benefit of using Carfound when I took delivery of the truck and found that the dealer had not fully fixed the defects that Faisal had identified and negotiated to be rectified.
In the resulting dicussions it became clear that Faisal is a *great* guy to have on side and I was so glad I was not doing all that by myself. We ultimately managed to resolve the situation and I got my truck!
The other thing about dealing with Faisal was that it was a really _pleasant_ experience. He's a great guy and I enjoyed our chats! Kinda miss them tbh.
So, all in all, I can't recommend Carfound highly enough! You are in safe hands with Faisal.

After weeks of trawling around car showrooms talking to salesman not interested in reducing the price of a car costing £20k+ for a cash purchase by even a £1! They were only interested in up selling every additional add on package they could to increase the overall price, and offering a useless 3 month warranty. (I checked the warranty company reviews on TrustPilot), so
I gave up looking for a while.
I then spoke to a friend who suggested hiring a Car Agent. Not familiar with the concept, I looked for reviews on and off TrustPilot and came across Carfound. They are FCA registered so I checked them out directly with the FCA.
I was contacted by Faisal from Carfound who understood the issues I had been experiencing. No hard sales, just sensible discussions. I gave a few different car options, including the "must have" requirements.
I looked at a couple of cars options sent to me, no pressure just good advice. A week later I bought a car from a main dealer with a reduced screen price, Manufacturers £££ contribution, 2 years warranty and 2 years servicing.
I didn't know Carfound or Faisal before starting on this journey, but it has worked out really well for me and I know how I would buy and who I would use when I change the car in a few years time.

I was despairing of finding a 2nd hand car as a first car for my son who's learning to drive. Faisal took all the pain and difficulty out of the process. Specifically by discussing with me what might be suitable and offering advice, being very clear on budget and other non-negotiables and then dealing with the various suppliers to only put in front of me what would be a good option. It saved me hours in terms of finding, researching and visiting dealers, and in particular the challenge of having to negotiate and barter with them - when I'm not an expert.. and was constantly feeling like there were hidden issues I wasn't being told about. The whole process, from the first time I spoke to him, to actually picking up the car, took less than 2 weeks. I would totally recommend this service for anyone who finds buying cars a minefield... Faisal was responsive, really easy to talk to, made sure to think of and share all of the pros and cons of any decision. It was well worth the money to remove the mental burden!

With little time to do the hard work searching for a new car but with a clear idea of what I wanted, I reached to Faisal at Carfound to see if they could help. I have to say the end to end experience from first contact to purchase has been excellent. Very communicative, a great listener and someone who offered me best practice advice in terms of selling my existing car and the process of getting into a new one. I was looking for a white Kia EV9 which turned out to be as rare as hens teeth! Having said that, within 2-3 days, Faisal had come up with a couple of possibilities, one of which I went on to buy, achieving a great buy price through his work.

Carfound offers a really excellent, and needed, service. I found myself in desperate need of a new car when my old car collapsed on me. I have no idea about, or real interest in, cars. However, I need to use one every day. Faisal listened carefully to my needs and made an excellent recommendation. He sourced a car for me from a Toyota dealership in Leeds and then organised the delivery for me to Hampshire. I am so grateful to him and highly recommend the service of Carfound.

I change cars infrequently. I don’t like the experience of getting rid of one car and buying another. I never know if I’m getting a good deal or not. Carfound changes all this. Faisal was fantastic. He walked me through the process and helped with car selection using the car configurator. I made an incredible saving buying a new Audi RS6 through a main Audi Dealership. So I have the support of a dealership should I need it. I highly recommend Faisal and Carfound.
