Ross and Francesca were an absolute pleasure to work with! I'd been given a heads-up on a particular car that Ross knew well, and with plenty of persistence from my side, Ross was able to have the car checked and ready for me to inspect on a fairly tight time-line. The car was as described, and subsequently purchased. All interactions were great, and I drove away extremely happy with a car I've wanted to try for a long time. Bought a car from burcham car sourcing in March. Drove it the 615 miles home to Scotland. 8 day's into the ownership a problem with the satnav came on the dash. Contacted burcham and was told to get it diagnosed so took it to the local bmw dealership (car is a bmw 530i) and they said GPS unit needed replacing. Contacted burcham and only option they gave me for repair was to return the car to them, no local repair. So I decided to use the warranty that came with the car even though consumer advice had told me that as issue was in the first 30 days it was dealers to sort. Warranty wise agreed to pay most of the repair but not all of the cost. There were £283.88 of part's that they didn't cover so contacted burcham to see if they would cover these and they refused leaving me out of pocket

Ross was a delight to deal with. Straightforward, helpful and communicative. He takes the hassle and angst out of buying. It was great to have someone so knowledgeable in my corner to help navigate what can be a daunting process if done alone.

I rarely leave reviews because, sadly, great customer service has become so uncommon. However, Burcham Cars absolutely deserve the recognition.

I would like to thank Ross and his Team for the excellent service throughout the purchase of my BMW 540I. I was treat with care which made the purchase of my car thoroughly enjoyable . It was precisely as he described it, living nearly 200 mls away. Connor delivered it on time and explained everything I needed to know. I couldn't recommend them too highly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great service from Ross, quick turnaround and top specced camper bought in a smooth quick transaction.
He had the car freshly serviced and MOT’d for me the same day i called to enquire and pay a deposit.
I was originally set to go view a different camper and called to enquire with the newly listed camper Ross had. Ross did a car check on the other persons camper for me and gave me the details. I admired that Ross did not slate the other persons camper and actually said it was well specced. This helped build my trust with Ross quickly as salesman can be quick to slate competition.
Deposit paid over the phone and arrived next day to collect the camper Ross had listed. The Camper was well presented, clean and top spec!
I will be in touch again in the future to source some high end performance pieces in the future.
