Used to be good, now they are bad.

Plants not sent. After nagging they have sent them but one was missing (the most expensive one). Also arrived without the heat pack that i paid for.

Do not recommend.

i used to be satisfied with them but they have gotten unreliable. The order was not sent. I wrote to them after a while and then they sent it.

Then the order did not contain all the items i paid for.

The support is not responsive.

I do not recommend (anymore), sadly.

Perfect They arrived in perfect condition; they are living, healthy, and perfect plants.

Really pretty and unique plants. Love the description of every plant and what they need. Website has the perfect categories for searching plants. Delivery went super fast - from NL to IT on only 3 days! Sustainable packaging ! and more description on how to take care of the plants after delivery.

I bought the sustainability box L. Some plants were nice and "exclusive", with cosmetic issues, as usual by plnts.com but some others I do not even find in the web and do not have any cosmetic problem, are just more "normal" plants. Even when I paid for a heat pack, I did not get it... Still a good deal for the price

The plants were here in 2 days! Perfect conditions and gorgeous!! Will buy again for sure :)

The plants arrived home perfectly! The pack is very resistent and the leafs are strong and well preserved. One of the plants showed me some signals of too much light exposion, probably it was in a particular point of greenhouse that dosen't promote it the best light condicions, I hope it will recover fast.

N1. No One has the quality of plnts.com it's incredibile how they come.. they look made from cartoon ahahaha dont even look real to me for how good the plants are. Will definitly buy again and again

Bought 3 plants, they were stuck at the delivery warehouse because the package sizes were reported incorrectly. Support was unhelpful. I received the plants after a week, 2 of them were put into single package, one of them had a broken pot as a result and the other is much smaller than advertised.

Been trying to order plants for the last two weeks and the website refused any address in Paris despite the customer service confirmed me that they deliver in the city.
I’ve been contacting their customer service almost every day and they keep telling me that they will get back to me, but no one did.
If you have this problem before ordering, I can’t even imagine if you have a problem with your order…

The delivery has more or less passed. The plants arrived anyway in a dirty state I bought a plant for my mother's birthday she is not very happy because of the state of the plant. Do I recommend? It depends on what you buy as a plant and where you live.
For the prices of the plants I still find it a little high.

Very happy experience, all plants are healthy and mystery box with second chance plants was real surprise: so big and rare plants, all survived long distance delivery very well.

Fast delivery en great products! Ordered a terrarium and it was safely delivered, with great plants in the set.

Just back home and open up the package and some of the plants are not okay at all..I have paid for heatpack though.. I'm disgusted

I've ordered from Plnts several times and have always been satisfied. However, my last order arrived with a completely damaged plant. It was clearly in such poor condition that it must have been packaged that way. After I filed a complaint, I was immediately offered two solutions: 1. a full refund or 2. a replacement. I opted for the replacement, as I had bought the plant on sale and the refund wouldn't cover the new price. However, I then received a response stating that they wouldn't be offering a replacement after all, but only a voucher for the purchase price (valid for one year). It's absolutely outrageous to offer something and then not deliver. I will think twice before ordering from them again.

They send me plants earlier this year, they were all dead because of the cold. It took a while till I reached someone of the help service but they gave me a coupon and I ordered again in April almost for free :-)

Love love getting my plants and soil mix from here been with them for over a year now. The plants 🪴 are always very well packaged and they have a great variety 😀. I did have some issues back in January with my plants 🪴( don't order in the winter months 🥶🥶 even though they put a heat pack in)
But I got a voucher for the plants i lost 😭. It was done very quickly and without hassle. Definitely recommend 👌

Received the sustainibility box with 12 imperfect plants, but for at least half of them, I couldn't find a flaw.
Quick delivery.
Only thing, it would have been great if the plant's names were on it somehow.
