Overall, it's good. There are minor issues considering delivery. Plants were packed too dense, so a couple of big leaves where damaged. Water droppers were also packed too dense. So, 2 out of 4 got deformed.

Plants were shipped out fast and are in good condition. The only confusing part was the lack of communication about the fact that two of the plants would be shipped separately and later.

Healthy and pretty plants! They survived even stucked in the depot in winter!

Very cute succulents. Unfortunately, I lost 4 out of 20 due to the courier delivering the box upside down. I would suggest using a rigid packaging to better protect the plants instead of soft paper. Overall, still great experience and delivered on time.

The plants and pots are beautiful. However, the packaging was sloppy. One of the plant has a few broken stems after they were casually stacked on top of each other in the box.

Quality of the plants was poor. Delivery service did not handle the product with care causing roots to break upon delivery. Certain items are missing and I am still waiting for delivery.

I ordered a housewarming gift for a friend with a personalised card, but the delivery was completely wrong. The plants sent were not what I ordered, and to make it worse, the box included another customer’s invoice and address - a serious error in handling and privacy.

I contacted customer service immediately with photos and full details, but have received no reply. The lack of response and accountability is unacceptable, especially for an order that was meant to be a special gift.

Extremely disappointed with the experience and service.

A disaster. Shipping 3 weeks late. After chasing they proposed to re-ship but half of my order was not available anymore. Bad customer service, impolite and unprofessional. Stay away

Great customer experience, would repeat!

Ordered a Gift Voucher, thankfully the recipient showed me what she received as the Gift Voucher Card wasn't completed i.e. the recipient name, value and code were blank - I had to email Plantje for the necessary details and write them on the Gift Card myself.

I ordered 4 plants from them, 3 of them were from a set of big plants and one was a pachira aquatica.

From the set only 2 had arrived and I was missing one, but as soon as I reached out to customer centre they quickly apologized and sent me the missing plant.

- Delivery is fast
- Customer centre is communicative
- Plants are green :D

Only one of my 6 plants received from the bruised box was a throw away. The rest I've managed to revive with some much needed water and plant feed. Overall, I was very happy. Only down side is that I've found a slug on one plant and the spesified that they chech the plants beforehand.

Plants are great but delivery and pots could be better. The package was delivered sideways and some of the cacti were slanted because of this. Also the pot that was suggested for purchase with the ginseng was too small.

I should have read the reviews, their website says next day delivery but still the plants have not arrived and the customer support does not reply to my messages about when it will be delivered. Very frustrating. Do not recommend.

The plants are great and healthy but the package was left outside my building on the street and this was not what I instructed on opening one of the plants was on its side with the contents spilled out.

The company chosen for delivery is horrible. “Delivered” package but nobody has seen it or received it. If this company works with packs for future orders, I would suggest not ordering here. Since 4 days I try to figure out where the package is delivered.

Plants were beautiful and nicely shipped.

Ordered without any problems , the order came the next day. It was a surprise gift so I was a bit nervous in case anything goes wrong but everything went smoothly.
