This was my first purchase and I have to say I am very impressed. The plants arrived very quickly within two days !, They were very well packaged and in health condition.there are care links and a little leaflet and also a gift of a discount on my next purchase… which I shall definitely look forward to using . The website was selling what it listed as a Monstera Obliqua, but once it arrived home I discovered it was the far more common Monstera Esqueleto. Disappointed, strongly not recommended, borderline scam.

Super well and save packed, heatpack option,sweet paper,instuctions and care tipps for the plants, very good plants! I ordered a monstera deliciosa aurea and monstera deliciosa gold,they are so cute I love my new babys! Everything was fine, from the transport shipping and email contact to the shipment and delivery. Finally I found my two babys in this trusted shop, after I had trouble with scam. The price with an code is absolute fine, when you think about that a single variegata monstera plant costs normally 80€ to 100€+ and I got two babys for just 130€ and they are small and sweet and cute! II hope they grow well in future

Beautiful plants delivered at home with care
Very great website, with the option to filter for pet friendly plants. Also, the shipping was done with so much care! I was a bit worried about ordering plants online, especially after the delivery service kept the plants overnight. But the plants were wrapped so carefully and placed in their box with so much care that no leaves were harmed in the process. Beautiful plants as well. Will definitely use PLNTS again!

They forgot to send the main plant and refuse to resend it
I made an order where the main thing was a monstera plant and some additional things for it like a pot and similar. They delivered everything except the plant. They said they FORGOT to send it (after days of waiting for a reply) and then said they could not send it again, only give me a voucher which does not include delivery costs (stating sustainable reasons??). So basically they want me to pay for the delivery for the mistake they did. After I told them that makes no sense, as it's their mistake, and wouldn't it be very convenient for them to always "forget" the main product and ask for people to order it again for extra delivery costs - good business model huh? - no reply whatsoever. Got no voucher, no plant, nothing. I will never order from here again.

First time's the charm
This was the first time I ordered plants, I was always hesitant.
Honestly, was expecting plants to be damaged, especially since I took the sustainability box. But to my delight, the plants were in perfect health well wrapped with little to no damage. No pests and clean soil smelling fresh. The damage was acceptable to me and the plants will recover from it easily.
Plants were super healthy, roots white as ever, great shape and delivered within a super fast time. I will definitely order again, and the surprise of the sustainability box adds a little something for me.

only ok. i order 2 plants with pots sized automatically to the plant i'd chosen, but only one of the plants really fits it pot. that same plant also arrived with sad leaves, suggesting it is not that healthy. not sure if it will bounce back.
