Very fast delivery, lovely plants. Just DPD manhandling the package out of the truck and the rude attitude of the driver but the service of Le Green Youfh was great.

Strongly suggest please do not order from La Green Touch, it was such a bad experience and so many disappointments.

We bought a plant (190 euro) that died as from the moment it arrived. Upon contacting the shop they first asked to send pictures. We send pictures but then they didn't react anymore. We send multiple emails as a reminder but without any succes. Avoid this shop because it's not worth spending your money. On the pictures you see the plant upon arrival and a picture less than 3 weeks later. The plant was watered enough,repotted and sprayed with water on the leaves as recommended.

The plant arrived on time, very well packed. It’s a beautiful plant (review 4 march 2025)
This was indeed true, but two weeks later the plant started dying, even if all instructions were followed (re-potting, watering, etc). We contacted the company asking for advice. We were asked to send pictures of the plant, then picture of the label of the transport company(we did not have as we threw away the box). We sent several emails to the client service and never got an answer anymore. I am very disappointed. This plant was a present for my partner and it was not cheap. So now the plant is gone and the money is lost too.

This was a plant I sent an a gift to a friend in France. When it arrived the box was damaged and the plant had clearly been stored in very cold, even frosty conditions. Within a week the leaves went black and the large stems bent over to the ground. This is upsetting my friend, understandably. . I'm very disappointed and even hope you can send a replacement plant to my friend.

The company offer terrible customer service and end out ripping you off. I bought a 150cm plant and they sent me the 90cm version... more than one week of waiting on them to do the partial reimbursement, which they claimed to be quick to do, yet I'm still waiting on them... all they do is blame the growers and take zero responsibility, save yourselves the hassle and buy from a reputable company

Horrible. I ordered two plants (different peperomias), the one was in terrible condition, damaged and with little brown dots on the inner side of the leaves. I messaged customer support, they agreed that the plant is in a bad condition and suggested to send me a new plant, I said I didn't want a new plant but rather reimbursement and they reimbursed only half of the price???? how is that fair, they confirmed that the plant was not in an appropriate condition at all but didn't make the full reimbursement?? the second plant was also not healthy (brown dots from the inner side of the leaves) but not that damaged so i hoped it would survive. But in the end i found a larva in the soil. So for two spoiled plants of 51 euro in total i got 14 euro reimbursed.

I would strongly advise against buying from this shop, based on my personal experience. You may judge for yourselves:
* I bought a 65cm tall sanseviera for my sister's birthday, and carefully did so well in advance so that I could select her specific birthday for the delivery. Did the plant arrive in time? No, it arrived 4 days later despite the promise of delivering on the specific day! When informed, the shop did not apologise.
* The plant itself is ok but has a broken leaf and a few cuts along some of the leaves. When informed, did the shop care? This is their answer: "the plant looks happy and healthy, it will recover". Not a sorry in sight.
* The web page indicated a height of 65cm. When measured, the plant measured way less. Even including the pot in, it only stood at 60cm. Did the shop care? Here's their answer: "Our sizes are based on plants with their pots. But don't worry, the plant will keep growing in the coming days" Honestly, is this the reply you'd expect from a shop that cares about its customers? Never have I ever seen a plant sold based on measurements other than from the base of the plant, to its top. Otherwise you may as well put in a super tall pot and sell at a premium! Extremely deceiving and disappointing. I will never buy from there again, and I advise you to stay well away from them too.
