Multiple mistakes
There was problems with the delivery several times some because of the currier and the others because of the customer service of picsel themselves and the only thing I received was sorry for the inconvenience.

Appalling customer service and return option.
Purchased few items, one item wasn't even in the system so I have to chase company to confirm that the item will be delivered or no.
Items were delivered in time, now trying to return and agreed collection.
Chasing company representatives from 30th of December! Was advised previously contact the customer service and they replying very slow. Customer service notified me about the issue with collection company they have after few emails I send them and tried to get any sort of information, today after all those conversations I am still waiting for any sort of update when will be the collection, why no one is contacting regarding that issue which is absolutely shocking. Explained few times that I prefer to return as quick as possible not to break their return policy and still haven't got any feedback.
Want to close my order but unfortunately customer service can not give me the day when they will collect and return funds!

Bad experience with delivery
I ordered on November 28th. It’s December 13th and I still haven’t received my order. It’s stuck in some place in Romania while I am located in Greece and the support team hasn’t replied anything useful and I have asked for a refund and they still haven’t replied back
