They didn't even issue a refund even though my order wasn't delivered. No response was given either.

Really delayed delivery

Really delayed delivery. Still waiting for over 1 week and latest update is that delivery is delayed.

The backpack is absolutely perfect

The backpack is the perfect balance I was looking for. I had another one for 12 years and I have very specific needs, before buying a new one I've been looking for 2 years and I was struggling to find something really appealing. Than I come along the picsil, and wow. Now that I am using it I am so pleased by the quality, the versatility, the space and the style of this backpack. It's in one word, perfect for me.

Order is still not received was…

Order is still not received was expected on the 18th of August latest- still in Germany for around 10 days now, with no progress. Disappointing honestly, I did not expect the no show, hopefully a refund will be issued.

FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PICSIL, A BAD ONE

the shipment was unsuccessfull and super late; I had to call directly the courier to schedule a new date for the delivery. But only with the second time I called they managed to delivery the package

Bought a backpack in early June, in the first delivery the delivery company said that they delivered the package but I din't got it so picsil sent another one and I've made a return of the backpack on the 30th of June and the delivery company doesn't come to collect the backpack and picsil doesn't take any action to solve this problem and I need the money and they just don't care

I had an issue with my Picsil Phoenix grips — they tore much faster than expected. I reached out to the company, and they quickly responded with great customer service, offering me a voucher to use on a new order. Really appreciate how fast and professionally they handled the situation!
