Good, but can improve
Overall a good experience with plenty of information on the different types of grips available. Would suggest more information on the specific models available within the same category of grips. The size guide in completely useless and suggest significant upgrades to it to specify not only size in cm, but also with or without dowel effect.

Not Reliable for Retailers
Very disappointing experience with PICSIL as a retailer.
We recently had a warranty case involving Condor Grips where the Velcro failed after less than six months of use. The customer contacted PICSIL directly and was told that this was a manufacturing defect and that the case should be handled through the distributor (our shop).
We contacted PICSIL multiple times to process the warranty claim but never received a response.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced issues like this. Around two years ago we already had several cases of product defects after a very short period of use (in some cases after about one month). Those cases were also reported, but we never received a response or reimbursement.
Because of these repeated experiences and the lack of communication, we have decided not to continue ordering PICSIL products.
We hope the company improves both product quality and support for distributors in the future.
