Pickleball People seem to go that extra mile in order to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Having recently bought a new paddle from them it arrived the next working day, well wrapped and as per the description on the website.
I also enquired a couple of days after buying my paddle about a specific net - which was showing as 'currently out of stock' - after a brief email to them they came straight back with an expected due date. Fab service from a UK based Pickleball Company!!

Item dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately there was a bit of a delay (caused by Royal Mail) but Pickleball People were very responsive and helpful in dealing with the issue. Excellent communication and service.

Disappointed as balls took several days to arrive and two of them have cracked on second outing.i bought their own brand balls but they seem to be inferior quality.

What a great range of paddles at pickleball people. Read the reviews and opted for a CBRN1 paddle. What a great paddle, love the longer handle and elongated face. Definitely has improved my game in terms of return accuracy and spin. Would recommend Pickleball People to others.

Great company, lovely pickleball bat, fast delivery

Pickleball People have a great range of equipment and paddles at very competitive prices. Staff were very helpful. Only problem is postage to the Republic of Ireland is very expensive at £20 when compared with postage to N.I. and UK VAT needs to be deducted at source, as custom charges and VAT will be charged on delivery to Republic of Ireland customers. If these issues can be resolved, I would definitely order again from Pickleball People.

Quick fulfilment of order. More importantly, an immediate phone call to check whether I meant to order an elongated cover for a standard paddle, which of course I hadn’t
