When the wrong coloured paddle was sent to me, the company rectified the mistake as soon as I rang them and I received my new paddle in plenty of time to get used to it before the Ulster Open 2026, plus a postage paid label to return the incorrect one.

Easy 5 stars. We have bought a few items now and every single time it’s been a slick process. It’s not only about price, information and accurate updates all the way.
