PETrac itself may a good company, but…
PETrac itself may a good company, but the company they provide the free first month pet insurance through “Agria” are awful. On completing our details through PETrac for the one month free insurance we did not put any contact number in and made sure we opted out of being contacted. This made no difference, Agria have harassed us constantly on the phone and by post since, even after being asked to stopped. When asked how they got our details when I didn’t give them, they stated it was given to them from the microchip company PETrac. On contacting PETrac they blamed Agria, even though I never provided them with any contact details. I am hoping the harassing calls will stop.
Further to my review and in response to PETrac reply. I have already spoken to you and gone through everything, explaining that I did not provide my contact number and I opted out, hence why the information had to have come from you. There is nothing further to discuss. Please just don't share people’s personal details with any other third party companies without the customers consent, especially if they have opted out of being contacted by Agria.

PETtrac does not receive any government funding for providing this service nor do we receive any of the fee that is paid to the vet for the implantation of the microchip and the registration of the microchip is free of charge. Because of the 24 hour service we are providing, this needs to be funded somehow so that we can always be here for you and your pet if they were to ever go missing.
Unlike some databases systems who have introduced compulsory upgrade charges or in some cases, even monthly or annual fees, PETtrac have tried to keep charges low. We allow pet owners to update their telephone numbers free of charge and there is only a small fee of £6 for a full change of address. For those likely to change address on multiple occasions, there is also an optional one off fee to cover change of details for the lifetime of their keepership.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you as we are always open to feedback and making positive changes. Fantastic service
Phoned up about my cats unregistered microchip, spoke to Richard he was so helpful and friendly, helped to start the registration process before going online to complete. Even phoned me after to confirm it was all done and registered. Fantastic service.

Efficient and painless
I would like to thank yourself and colleagues for the efficient and painless way that this was dealt with when my nephew passed away at age of 38 and I took ownership of Etta. I was guided through and Pettrac done this for me at a very difficult time when my mind and emotions were so low.
I would happily recommend Pettrac to my friends and family.

Incident with cat
Had a bit of a scare regarding my pet. Can't praise PETtrac enough! Spoke to Ben the supervisor who was handling my case - so professional, understanding, gave impartial advise and assisted both parties for a resolution. Also - was no waiting times, answered straight away.

I had to call them several times and on each occasion they were polite, very helpful and patient with my queries. They were very open about the costs and charges when changing your address. I am very happy with there services and I recommend them.

Exceptional customer service, fast and efficient.
I must say their customer service level is extremely exceptional. The guys at PETtrack are so friendly, concise and get things done very quickly. I had my microchip transferred from PetLog to PETtrack, the change over was carried within 24h hours and they are quick at making corrections and amendments. I highly recommend PETtrack. I was assisted by an agent called “Constance“ she is super efficient and helpful.

Legal scam.
If I wasn't a captured customer I wouldn't use them, ever, they have the cheek to charge you £6 for changing your address. Now this costs them nothing and you do the work for them on their website but somehow they feel justified charging us for doing their work for them...not happy! Hate companies that exist due to gov legislation then have the need to profit of every little detail of your life...nothing more than a legal scam.
