Following on from my previous complaint on here I received a voicemail stating that you had posted out my certificate and were closing the complaint without bothering to actually speak to me. I hadn’t received anything at that point and today have received a copy of a certificate for the wrong dog. A dog that was registered in 2010 and not the one I registered this year! I cannot enter my dog in anything without the registration number and I have paid twice now and still not received the certificate for Fabulous Cusco! How can you close a complaint without speaking to the person to ensure it’s resolved!!! You only tried to ring me once and didn’t even give me chance to call back. Not that I can actually get through when I try to call you.

I received confirmation that my dog was registered on the activity register on 11-02-22 but have still not received my certificate. I then paid for a replacement certificate after receiving no response to any emails or through your ‘help’ centre on the 22-08-22. I have still not received this either!! I have made a complaint on the 14-10-22 as per your ‘help’ centre and still not received a response to that! My case number is CAS-272034-T2Z6G3
You have taken my money twice now and I have not received anything in 9 months!!!

So HERE WE GO AGAIN. HOPE from a social media contact apparently not affiliated to Kennel Club but saw my reviews. Quote" DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT HAVE BEEN MERGED AND THE EXPORT CERTIFICATE TO BE EXPEDITED" SO WHAT THE HELL IS CUSTOMER SERVICES LOOKING INTO IF ITS BEEN MERGED AND EXPEDITED??????
WITHOUT HESITATION I AM SO ANGRY, FED UP WITH BEING GIVEN A PACK OF LIES, THAT FOR SELF SATISFACTION I WILL BE SUEING THE KENNEL CLUB DESPITE NOT LIVING IN ENGLAND ANYMORE IT WILL BE WORTH IT. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THEM TO THE FEDERATION CYNOLOGIQUE INTERNATIONALE (FCI) WHO ARE THE TOP OF THE PYRAMID FOR ALL KENNEL CLUBS WORLD WIDE.. WHAT EVER THEY DO OR DO NOT DO FROM NOW ON IS JUST LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES. THEY HAVE RUINED MY LIFE AND THAT OF MY LITTER OF PUPPIES BY LYING, NOT BEING TRANSPARENT TO THEIR PROBLEMS, NOT PUTTING A DISCLAIMER ON THE WEBSITE TO EXPLAIN TO ALL THESE THOUSANDS OF DOG OWNERS WHAT THE TRUE PROBLEMS ARE, REFUND EVERYONE THEIR MONEY WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM IN OVER A YEAR PLUS AND STILL TAKING MONEY TO THIS CURRENT DAY AND GETTING NOTHING BACK. STOP ADVERTISING FOR DISCOVER DOGS, CRUFTS, PET HEALTH INSURANCE AND JUST GET TO GRIPS WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TOO SO MANY PAST AND PRESENT CUSTOMERS WHO AT SOME POINT BELIEVED IN THE KENNEL CLUB. THE DAMAGE IS DONE.
