The Penny & Sinclair team led by Sean Herdman-Low is the best. Every single member of staff is competent, reliable, kind, considerate and frankly a delight to work with. We cannot recommend them highly enough in this world of ever increasing shoddiness.

Sean at Penny & Sinclair was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the sales process, and played an important role in getting the transaction completed smoothly.

However, we were disappointed with how a post-completion issue regarding the condition of the property was handled, as it was not resolved satisfactorily.

Overall, a positive experience, albeit with a disappointing final aspect.

I had an issue with a leak that we couldn’t locate where the damage was coming from. She took it upon herself to resolve which was not straight forward because the property was being damaged by a commercial building. I cannot recommend Emilia enough and if you want your property look after by her I would definitely highly recommend.

In the estate agents' world, one does not often come across someone of integrity and decency, but Sean is one of those rare gems. Added to that, he is extremely efficient, hard-working and keeps focussed on the prize, i.e. the sale of the property.
