Stay far far away from this site. They steal your money and lie about it. Everyone has the same problem with their poly gel kits stuck at customs and get the same email back. DO NOT ODER HERE

Absolutely shocking company - stay away! I ordered the gel nail kit on 30th July and it has still not arrived! As with other reviews, they answered my first email stating it would be with me the following week - which was a lie - and have refused to answer any further emails. The fact there is no customer service telephone number speaks volumes.

Awful company. Ordered 2 weeks ago. I keep emailing to ask for an update. They just advise me that it is is on its way. However my tracking information just says order being processed. I paid extra for shipping protection and faster shipping. Customer service not very helpful. Can only contact via email. No contact number. Very disappointed for the money I spent. Recommend to avoid from buying with the company.

SCAM!! I paid £38 for a set and has not arrived. I even got it fast tracked that was 2 weeks ago. They've stopped replying to me and I'm so angry as a young mother of 2 I only bought this to try and make some money not have it stolen off of me!!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. STAY AWAY. I ordered the polykit and two refill colours. 24 days after I ordered I recieved the nail kit but no refillers. I wrote to their customer service. They said refillers was sent in other packages and I would have them soon. Now it's been 23 days since, no packages. I have written three messages to their customer service for a status, but they have stopped answering me. They haven't answered me in 22 days. Then they answered me today because I wrote to them for the fourth time. And they have the worst customer service in the world. They keep saying it has been delivered but they don't have any real tracking link that proves it has ever been sent and I keep saying I haven't received it and they keep saying it has been delivered. I'm never getting those products. 15 £ straight out of the window. STAY AWAY guys.

I always go to pearl beauty The owner is so polite welcoming. The beauty saloon is always so clean the atmosphere is very nice and because of Covid the saloon has a sign saying please cover your your face before entering two customers per beauty session. I highly recommend pearl beauty prices are reasonable. I give it 5/5 for everything.

it is now almost 3 months since I ordered my poly kit and 3 extra colors. I have only received a reply from customer service that one package is in customs and the other they could see was soon with me, it now a month ago and have not received any letter from customs, as you normally do, I have requested location on where they are so I can figure it out myself, but no response from company. it is a pity to give that treatment to its customers and yes we have had COVID-19 but 3 months to sail from england to denmark? seriously? and remember no customers no business! make it better ..

Ordered the poly nail kit in June, it hasn’t arrived. I contacted the company and they said that I need to prove that it hasn’t arrived!! They want CCTV footage or a failed delivery slip as evidence. I have neither as I haven’t had the item. I’m so annoyed with the company and their awful customer service.

Customer service is the WORST. I ordered polygel nail kit on the 22nd of April it arrived in June. Admittedly there was COVID so I can appreciate shipping is out of their control. However the tracking showed that they clearly forgot about my order and shipped it at the beginning of June without taking responsibility. And when my order arrived it was missing the base and top coat which is important as the gel kit doesn’t work without it.
They refunded me £7 for the missing base and top coat but left me with a useless gel kit that doesn’t work, refused to refund me. So I’d honestly recommend everyone to not purchase from here.
You can literally get this kit anywhere online, I just wouldn’t give a single penny more to this business.

TERRIBLE . Spent £40 2 months ago and haven’t recieved it. Have sent a lot of emails and not had any reply!! AVOID!!!

Ordered the nail set and it was excellent quality. The service was brilliant and there was fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering from Pearl Beauty again

I ordered the nail kit and face mask and got them within 2 weeks! Honestly I’m never going back to a nail salon as it’s so easy to do and such an affordable price. Also the face mask worked wonders so I’m going to order loads in bulk to stock up! Thank you so much
