Absolutely fab from start to finish. My order was placed i then received tracking information as soon as it was despatched. The item arrived on time and everything that was supposed to be included was there. It was packaged perfectly. I have not tried products yet but I have friends who use them hence the reason I made my purchase.

I ordered the poly gel nail kit and omg!! I’m shocked at how good it is. Had a few problems about the stock but I think that’s because I added it to my basket when it was low on stock then purchased it when signing it so I think it ran out a few hours after I purchased it, was quite a fast delivery I got it a couple days after ordering it, and everything is there and in great quality!! Will 100% be purchasing my refills off here🥰

Just received an email request to write a review to combat the bad reviews that they have received, so here is my honest opinion.

The idea is very nice - I like the product and think it is perfect for lockdown as none of us can get to the nail salon.

I ordered the set about a week and a half ago, received it 2 days later, (before they had even told me that it had been dispatched) so was really impressed with the speed of shipping.

It came in cute packaging with a thank you sticker. That was nice.

Upon opening, all of the products are branded differently. It is basically a variety of different Chinese products put together to make a bundle. This is fine but it’s a little weird that everything is from different places.

After looking at the items, they had sent me the wrong set. I ordered one set of colours and received something totally different. I emailed them about it and have had no response to date. Disappointing.

Overall, for the money that it costs, I would avoid this. However, I do like the idea and wish that either they or another company would do this properly.

Another thing to note - my order with them was followed by 3 texts asking me to buy other items and 13 emails, 2 of which were blank emails. Quite annoying.

Arrived really quickly, I opted for the 48 hour delivery and it was here in just that! It arrived yesterday and done a set last night this set a few have broken off but it’s trial and error. I’m really enjoying learning how to do them properly! Will definitely be ordering again!!

I got send a V05 gel hold spray instead of my poly gel kit, avoid this website.

My family and I are no way professional in any beauty procedure. Thought we would give this a go to keep teenagers entertained for an evening.
It arrived within a few days of ordering and beautifully packaged. It appeared to have the personal touch.
We spent that same evening all four of us around our kitchen table. I won’t lie the first attempt was chaos but that was due to us being disorganised. However, we soon got the hang of it and now have a beautiful set of nails tha is still on and still strong a week later. This will save me a small fortune once out of lockdown on my daughters nails.
I can’t fault the delivery, packaging or kit one little bit and I will order again. Such a sweet, pretty product

Order doesn’t arrive. Tracking information says it is posted from China. Only way to get an update is to call China.
Received nothing and it’s been over a month.

I received my parcel and I’m so happy with it. The product itself is amazing. I was worried because all these bad reviews so paid extra for next day delivery. I’d recommend 100%.

Amazing!!!! I was so skeptical about buying a polygel kit cause I’ve heard of different reviews of companies taking weeks and weeks to deliver, horror stories of people’s allergies etc with different products.. however I came across this company on Instagram and looked into their polygel kits, decided to take the plunge as its lockdown and I miss my long nails!! & o m g they did not disappoint!! I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to do it but I LOVE them! Still getting used to it but I managed my nails tonight pretty good I’d say for my first time and can’t wait to keep experimenting!
Fab delivery as well, paid for 48 hour delivery and that’s exactly what I got!!

Only took 3 days from ordering to delivery. Came in a lovely box items wrapped in tissue. Haven't used yet but looking forward to having nice nails again.

Saw this advertised on Instagram, I went for the kit with set 2 colours. So easy to navigate the website and order. Brilliant service and offers after I had ordered. I received it 2 days after ordering even after choosing standard delivery. Delivery by yodel with signed for. Couldn’t fault the company. Will definitely be ordering more once I’ve got through this lot! New nails pending 💅🏼

I have had a brilliant experience with the customer service people (particularly Victoria) who was able to help me after I ordered an item that was out of stock - completely my fault not theirs! I was given the option to have part of my delivery sent now, wait for the whole order to be ready or to cancel. I made the decision to cancel but I will be keeping an eye to see if any more products are released. My questions were answered within seconds even on a Sunday afternoon!

After ordering on 18th dec I’ve finally recieved my nail kit. So far I have had good customer service with this company and when I asked a few weeks ago where the order was I did get a response quickly. However the package that arrived is not what was shown, the poly gel looks like a Chinese knock off and was all just loosely package in a very beaten up Jiffy bag. I can’t believe that I paid over £40 for what was delivered! Would not recommended! Currently waiting for a reply from the company to see what they will do.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I am totally disgusted with how they treat their customers. I have all the tracking information since I ordered on 21st January as a lockdown treat for my daughters. Not much help really it doesn't tell me where my order is. I have had my delivery charge refunded, great, but I'm fed up of waiting for something that clearly isn't going to arrive. I finally received a response to 1 email which was an actual person (I think) that told me my order had been delivered 😂😂!!! I am bored of sending emails now so thought I would try here. I just want my money back. I have never paid for something and had nothing to show for it. Do the right thing, refund money, stop scamming people.

Ordered from this company on 18th December. Also paying for next day shipment.
On the 4th January I get a text and email saying my order is “shipped” 3 weeks later and the tracking number doesn’t even exist.
It’s now 25th January.
My order has not even been shipped and I keep getting fobbed off on emails, Buy elsewhere from a trusted source and company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’ve now had to go through my bank to get my money back because they will not give me a refund!

Wish I didn't have to give these any stars! As the majority of the other reviews say.... Do Not order!!! Iv had the exact same experience as the majority of these reviews! Can't track order!! Won't give any response as to who their couriers are, I wanted a refund but got fobbed off, these people are scammers! They need shutting down, I will tell every person I know and beyond what a joke this company is! If it is even a company!! The 5 star reviews I can guarantee are the scammers who have stole our money!!!! Disgusted!!!!!

avoid at all costs

so i am sick to death of emailing this company ordered something july 2020 and still not recived and wont issue a refund , dont like replying to emails its all automated. sick of being fobbed of and told to wait its on its way and all crap about covid , they dont want to take responsibility and care.
i want a full refund sick of emailing for automated response and no human reply
funny how theirs no contact number and the one i did find doesnt work alot of crap dont buy from them you wont get it.
