I placed an order last week, tried to reply to the email I received about my confirmation and it says the email address can’t be found. Still no email to say my kit has been dispatched or anything. No way of getting in touch with this company. It’s the absolute pits!

Given the current circumstances we are living in, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The website was easy to use and navigate around and there is a great range of products. I ordered multiple items, including the Pore Reducing Mousse, which was a re-buy because I was so impressed with it, from my last order. Company communication is great. I got sent my tracking information within 72 hours of purchase and all items of my order had arrived within 10 days. Really great service and would defiantly recommend. Can't wait to order again from Pearl Beauty!

I am leaving this review as a last form of communication to your company! I placed an order on the 14th January and have tried multiple ways to get hold of a human and not an automatic message to get hold of my tracking number. The reviews on this website are true and people should be aware of this company’s customer service! Ignoring 50% of their customers issues and only replying to good reviews. They do absolutely reply to you instantly on email but only with the same automated message every time! If I do not receive my tracking number or order any time soon I will be taking this further. I ordered on the 29th december and have not recieved my order I've tried e-mailing but I dont get any reply!
I paid for delivery insurance but they also dobt reply
Stay away from this company it's a total rip off!!!

It’s been a week since I ordered and nothings arrived(I opted for priority processing),, no emails responded to (it’s been 4 days) and I would like to know what courier service they ship with so I can at least track my order because I can’t do it through their un-useful link.

Order came nicely packaged with the gift wrap option at Christmas with the next day delivery included in this option. Will order again

I placed an order 6 days ago. Tried contacting i every social media way and had no response as to my order being shipped. I paid for quick shipping and insurance if issue. No-one has contact me back apart from automated email. I am disgusted and frustrated as I still have no solutions

Absolutely disgusting. Placed an order with next day delivery. Never received anything. Tried to contact them several ways, all of the social media sites they have are non existent pages& say ‘user not found’.. Sent them several emails to ask what was going on with my order& have received only automated emails back. This company are heartless scammers& even have the cheek to send me a text message offering me more ‘hit deals’. Absolutely disgusting.

I was happy with my order, and was kept up to date with the products delivery process. Happy with my order and products.

The products that came are very good for dry skin makes your skin feel soft.

It took a while to come.

Delivery was slow due to Covid. So just be cautious if purchased for an occasion. This is not due to pearly beauty but the delivery service at present. However absolutely love nail set and customer service is brill! They work soo well! Can’t believe people have rated so low but I couldn’t not leave a good review after seeing those reviews.

I love using the kit, it took a few attempts but once you got the hang of it the nails lasted a good while, very happy and would definitely purchase again

If I could give them one star I would but I’m never using this service again and I want to warn everyone before you decide to purchase through this service. Firstly, it took over 3 months to arrive, communication throughout the process was bleak and then when I received a reply they offered to refund for a selection of my order due to the lateness. My products have arrived, very late and they have removed the items they refunded! The products received where not as expected, small and quality seems crap.

All the product descriptions were great and seemed to all match what arrived. It did take a long time for my order to arrive but it was understandable due to the pandemic. Happy with it and it was a good way to keep my nails done while the salons were closed.

Excellent could not wish for a better service thank you for the one same day delivery would recommend to anyone

Been waiting a month, no replies to emails or anything. Going to contact my bank and try and get the money back.

Ordered a set costing about £40 which I did receive but the colours were wrong. They asked me to return the incorrect colours and were quick enough to send me a prepaid box to send them back in, I am still waiting for the correct colours and all my emails are now completely being ignored! This was August!!!!!! Don’t even bother ordering with them!

Ordered in June, still not received. Customer service is vague and just tells you to check tracking when there is never an update, I see now it’s an issue many other people are experiencing. Genuinely feel like myself and others have been scammed.

Have been with them for years and the service is fantastic, Pallavi is always friendly and happy to help and accommodate my schedule. I can't recommend them enough!

Stay away from this company.
I’ve been waiting nearly 3 months for some poly gel refills and I’ve sent a few emails asking for the whereabouts of my order and kept receiving a repeated automated email saying it was delayed in customs and they cannot do anything about it. The customer service is beyond poor. I wish I could give zero stars
